The employees have been SUPER nice to me! I had a hard time understanding the alarm system directions (senior citizen) but the young lady came to my aid...was sweet as she could be. Moving is very stressful so its the little things like thst thst makes a big difference!

I found Dalton to be on the side of rude two different times, while pleasant one time. The large woman (I apologize-I do not remember her name) to also be rude. I wish this survey were 0-10, because there were employees that went out of their way to assist me. My reason for leaving U-Haul storage was related to cost. I found another storage facility that was well maintained, had excellent customer service and was a full $50 a month cheaper than U-Haul. Thank you.

Jerry G | Overall ExperienceI couldn't move in because someone i was told they were cleaning it..and i could come back later and move in..2 days later I go to move in and there is a lock on it ..I call the after house # and of course no one answered or responded. I had to be out that day and no where to put my stuff!!! When its their negligence they should HAVE to come in after hours and make it right. It was an emergency situation for me and..they couldn't care less.. its after hours..oh well. This is the exact reason I started going to other storage places..because uhaul has no consequences for their negligence..and could care less what situation they put others in!@
