Amanda was the best. I ended up getting there right around closing. I had an issue with a past rental, and she was patient and let me handle it while she waited and still handled my transaction afterwards. She was awesome. Thank you for waiting and helping me! You're the best!
Jessica FWent to return a truck that I rented and there was no one at the counter, so I waited for 15 minutes then proceeded to the side door where I was locked out. Finally, someone came to help me. I don’t know his name, but began yelling and screaming at me because I was out in the hallway. This is very bad service. I don’t know his name. Also, I got a receipt for $103 now I’m being charged an additional 15.36. I will never use U-Haul again.
PATRICK FScheduled pickup time was 8:30. I arrived at 8:45. 1- Vehicle was not "prepped" for pickup. The windshield was iced over, and the lower area of the windshield was covered in snow, with the wipers frozen to the windshield. 2- The rear latch of the slide up door of the truck was completely frozen, and was unable to open. We had to use a padlock to beat the latch free to open it. 3- Upon startup, the display read "service for oil change required" and stayed on the entire time. 4- Vehicle was given to us with a quarter tank of gas. Knowing we had to drive 30 miles to our destination, the first thing we had to do was put $30 worth of gas in it! Upon loading it up and leaving the pickup location, the gas gauge immediately came on and told us we had 48 miles till empty! Trucks should have a minimum of a half a tank of fuel in it. This should be a requirement.

PETER OAttendant was on his phone the entire time. Vehicle was not fueled. I am being charged for fuel the truck did not have. I recieved the truck with 22 miles to. E. Please review footage to eliminate this surcharge

ROBERT F | Overall ExperienceI was given a smaller truck because they made a mistake and I was forced to make two trips which obviously caused more charges in mileage. There was no offer to rectify this issue. This is an inexcusable way to treat customers because your software does not calculate correctly. You leave customers with no choice because you have the uppers hand due to it being the day we planned to move.

JEFFREY KI git embarrassed by your staff when I picked it up. I used your app to check in and went to the counter, like your app directed me to do. Only to have your employees, George and another guy, told me I wasn't allowed to jump line. Even after I showed the other guy my phone that told me to skip the line, he accused me of jumping the line again. As for picking it up, the third guy was great and was awesome checking me in.

YING JI rent 6x12 open traller with ramp. when you open the ramp, the opening is under 5 feet.. should be told that the opening is smaller not 6 ft like i needed.
VINCENZO RMobile return process is terrible. Don’t recommend. If it doesn’t work (though it says it does) the keys are already in the Dropbox and the vehicle is locked. Can’t go through again. Return during normal hours to avoid all the nonsense.

JOHN GThe truck was clean but that was it, the truck was a peace of shit, the truck was old and I couldn't adjust the mirror's so I had to pull over and get out to do it and roll down the windows because they weren't electric and because the.A C didn't work and I was charged 15 bucks for insurance. The man who helped me was a little rude.he said the gas tank was half full but was only at 3/4 's .I can't rate that and I don't give a rat's ass about the public and comments they don't like and there on line shit.when you rent a junker to people they take It personally!

BETHANY MI recently visited U-Haul of Levittown and while my experience didn’t start off well, I appreciate how the team handled it. There were some noticeable issues with the service that left me feeling disappointed initially. However, after bringing up my concerns, they quickly took action to make things right. Their willingness to listen and resolve the problems showed a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. While I wish things had gone smoothly from the beginning, I do commend U-Haul of Levittown for their efforts in turning the situation around. In the end, I’m giving them 4 stars for their customer service and dedication to making sure I left happy, which was greatly appreciated!

Don CRented 8/16 returned 8/18 , Air conditioning wasn’t working from the night I picked up Truck . Mentioned it to the employee onsite she mention well did you call and tell us ? Well there’s a reason why I rented I had a very busy weekend . But her attitude was very poor and uncalled for . Very poor customer service .

Patirck HThe manager sent me a message a day BEFORE I was scheduled to PICK UP my trailer asking why I had returned it already. I naturally panicked having had U-Haul do this once before to me and immediately went there to pick it up BEFORE they put it back as available. Poor communication amongst the employ as to what is being done. Also, the person sent with me to help hook it up admitted to being only housekeeping and thanked me for teaching HIM how to hook up a trailer (I'm a former CDL OTR Operator). I had to show him how the hooks are put on so they don't jump off, turn the chain to shorten it and keep it from dragging on the road and how to pre-trip lighting, level and overall condition/operation of the trailer. Thankfully, he was honest about his inexperience but why did they send someone WITHOUT any knowledge to assist?

Donald CI did not ask for this location. U-Haul automatically changed my order and would not change it back. This resulted in many issues. I will likely not use U-Haul again as a result of this problem created by U-Haul.

Stephanie C | First ImpressionsDue to my work schedule I’m a little disappointed that the facility no longer has 24hr access card option. I usually don’t get home until around 10pm so to access my unit I would have to add an authorized person to my account to get things into/ out of my unit during business hours. I had this in the past and it was more hectic to arrange. With the 24hr card for the gate I was able to get what I needed and home within reason, especially since it was inside the building behind a gate which only allowed access to cardholders not creepy people. I felt safety was valued. People know there are cameras everywhere so really haven’t had issues. Please reinstate this option!

The community was donating so many things she had nowhere to keep any of it. U-Haul was the first place to answer with no hesitation. They were more than happy to provide my aunt with a unit free of charge for a limit time while she gets into a new home rental. I can’t thank them enough for their support! They made the process so easy too!

I thought they were working with me when I explained I had a sudden death and the person I share it with died and now his items are part of estate. There is some inside stuff going on . Why would they sell my stuff for 9 $ when I'm offering the balance of 800$. And who does that to people at z time like this. These are migrating curmznstsnces to say the least. I've written the ceo , the BBB, the uhaul customer complaint department and a few more. This bully is illegal.

If it cost less, I probably would have kept my stuff in there longer. But over all. It was clean and secure. But prices could be better.
