The location was considerably further from my home than my requested location. Also, the final rate ended up being three times as expensive as the initial quoted rate. This was extremely dissapointing. I would hope a better job could be done in estimating a rate than this. Because of this I will explore other options than U-Haul the next time I rent

I had a terrible experience overall. I was supposed to have a one way vehicle. The day I go to pick it up I was informed of an email from your company that I did not receive telling me that my vehicle was about 45 mins away at another location. I was on a schedule and had to get a different vehicle that was 2 way only and smaller than needed. I ended up paying for the miles for the trip that was a 60 miles each way. So instead of paying approximately $150 I had to pay well over $200 plus even more in gas. I was left with no choice in this matter and was screwed out of nearly an extra $100 during a time where it would have needed. So I will not be recommending your company to anyone I know. I would ask for my money back but I doubt your unprofessional company would even consider that idea.

The location was great but the over all experience was very poor. My reservation was changed 30 mins before my schedule pickup to a location that was 30 mins away from my house. This was after I had check the day before to make sure it was all set. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened to me.

fire the "manager" Steve, train your staff on follow up skills, return phone calls, and offer the customer service of making sure everyone is out before locking up the storage, so a mother isn't locked away from her children at night.16 Hours ago a message was left with District manager to call me..still no call. Oh, and the "manager" Steve reversing the vehicle check in(I have the email confirmation showing you have the truck!) to say we never returned the truck and send me to equipment collection was rhe icing on the cake.

The truck was fine, no issues there at all. We had issues for the 2nd time at this location. First time, there was no attendant at the location to pick up the vehicle - even though it was scheduled. Our most recent experience at this location was poor. It took 40 minutes to pick up a truck, that was pre paid, and was reserved in advance. That does not make for a quick transaction particularly when you are on a schedule to move. We will not be using this location again due to these experiences and will not recommend, we will have to use another uhaul location. Thank you.

U-Haul's onilne/phone reservation system completely SUCKS! WE wanted to reserve a pick-up and car trailer to haul a car; 1) we were told that both could be reserved at same location; NOT TRUE. When we arrived at location, CSR informed us that the trailer would have to rented at Bristol Rd location. 2) When we arrived at Bristol Rd location, their system was down, and reservation had to be completed via CSR to online help desk which took 45 min. Not CSRs fault, just was completely unprofessional. 3) After almost 2 hours we finally got on our way, only to arrive at our destination and find one of the tie down straps on the trailer was destroyed and un useable. If I didn't borrow a ratchet strap for the person we bought the car from, we would've been screwed. 4) Our card was charged $70 when charge for trailer was $45. We were told that was amount needed and balance would be returned to us within a few days after return of trailer, We have yet to see that credit; despite numerous phone calls YOU PEOPLE SUCK UPDATE YOUR NETWORK

GM needs to be there on their busiest days (weekend) to support his staff. GM needs to return phone calls (but doesn't). Little to no communication amongst staff. Things were promised and then never followed through with. Poorly poorly run location. Go to cube smart or budget instead

The man who rang up the cost of the rental had no clue what he was doing. The manager was back and forth between the shop and the register. I was quoted $168.00 total. I was charged $201.00. The truck was not swept out at all. Who ever had it before I did left trash in the cab and it too hadn't been swept or wiped down. I am disgusted with the service from the levittown uhaul!!! When given the keys the man walked out with us, pointed out the truck and was on his merry way back inside. He never did the walk around and check for damage or cleanliness of the truck. Please train your employees better so they can not only answer questions about your products but also be able to explain charges on the bill that were not disclosed to me prior to the rental payment. I'm very irritated and frustrated with the whole transaction.

This location incorrectly charged my wife's Debit card instead of the credit card i used when i reserved the truck. My wife was told a number of times that the debit card was only for identification. The next day when i called to change the charge they said that was not possible. The manager, who was busy at the time, was supposed to call me back and never did. Overall i rate the equipment excellent but i rate the employees as very poor. I would warn anyone who uses U-haul to be very careful when giving anyone there financial information. Nobody seems to know how the system works. I got a different answer from every person i spoke with.

You need to get your customer care more polite and helpful. They appear to be in some rush to forward calls before trying to understand customers full need. Lot of call drops while forwarding the calls. I had to keep Callin after each call drop and repeat myself. Online app is horrible. I guess the photo upload option is to judge the time when rental was returned after store hours. But that app would not accept 5min old pictures taken. This was ridiculous. App should allow ateast 15min old pic to be uploaded. And then there are 3phitos to be uploaded. By the time one reaches to the 3rd photo, first I guess becomes outdated due to time gap. One has to be super fast with that app. You technical staff should consider different scenarios where a person would take at least 30min with this app to complete checkout. Thanks Was really hard to check out last evening.
