Had a problem with the truck. Took back early. Called them 3 times to report problem and that I was taking back truck. The manager at the location stated to me no log was reported and charged me full price and then I received an email from uhaul stating that I didn't return the equipment on time after I returned it after just 9 hours. Won't use that location again manager should be reprimanded for such unprofessional acts. Didn't even return my call.

Guys inside were good. Truck was clean but really beat up. Thank god I didn't have to take it on a longer trip. It was on dead empty as well. Should fill up to at least a 1/4 tank or even an eighth so the 1st thing you don't have to do is get gas.

My experience was not a good one. I was promised a enclosed trailer at the Langhorne location wed. evening for pick up the next day. Thursday just as I was getting ready to go pick it up I received a phone call from Langhorne stating the guy last night was mistaken and the trailer I was promised was actually already reserved and they didn't have another. I was also told the nearest one was in Hatboro. A 45 minute drive away. I told him I saw one in the u-haul place on Rt.13 in Levittown. After checking he agreed. That's where I eventually got it. I originally signed up for one on line at the Morrisville location on Sunday, 3 days before my scheduled pick up. Tuesday evening I get a text saying the location for pick up was Bristol. Not convenient. If they knew they weren't going to have 1 they had 3 days to get one or notify me so I could make arrangements at a closer location. The personnel at the Levittown store were excellent,professional and accommodating, the poor rating should not be reflected on that location but the company.

Very upset. When I returned the truck at the end of the day, other returned trucks are stacked up one on top of the other all the way to Bristol Road. I rented a 26 ft box truck. I could not get in the lot. Cars were wizzing by and I eventually had to pull in and maneuver around. In the process my truck brushed up against the bumper of one of the other trucks sticking out. No damage to the other truck but my truck lost air in the tire and bent the rim slightly. I rent uhaul trucks almost weekly and always take out insurance on the trucks. They said not to problems. When I came home I checked my email and found a charge of $754.87 on my debit card. This is not right and not fair. What is my insurance for???? I am stopping payment. Please have someone contact me ASAP. Please look up my rental records in advance of a call to me. Thank you.

I forgot to put gas in it. Was not even a half tank worth i needed to put in . I know it was my fault but I honestly was so tired I forgot. Well lesson learned 94.00 they charged me. When realistically I would have paid 20.00 if i did it. So dont forget or they will stick it to you

I've been dealing with this location for over 30 years. I don't even know of another location. I have never ran into a disrespectful employee here, or run down, dirty equipment. The prices are low and reasonable.

The gas tank was not completely filled. But I had to return it full. I was told it was full by the attendant at time of rental. I received a phone call at 11:00 am from the U Haul office saying that my vehicle was due at 9:30 am and I needed to get the vehicle back ASAP. I had to rush and to fill the tank and get the vehicle back. When I inquired how come it had to be back at 9:30 instead of 6:00 which is the time of pickup. I was told they made an error and I could have kept the vehicle out until 6:00. These where inconveniences that could have been avoided. I am still not sure why I was called and told to bring the vehicle in when it was not due back yet. Anyway other then that everything was fine and the van was great. I will still use this U haul location but have learned to check the gas tank and know exactly when the vehicle is due back.
