When i emptied my storage unit it was full of roaches and wet. My matress wass wet and moldy as well as snything that was touching the floor. I only had the unit for less ths a month...ridiculous, I will NEVER use the dtorage facility again

Safety check all equipment before renting out to someone. Luckily I know how to fix things. There was a wire hanging from the back that belong to the brake lights. The young man at the location fixed it. When loading motorcycles to the trailer, one of the tires was halfway flat needing lots of air. Had I took off without doing a safety check, it could have been real bad, possibly an accident.

Truck needed to be tuned up and the rear door to the storage area was extremely hard to open and close because the cable was broke off! Also this is the second time renting a truck from this location and both times the gas they said was in in was more than what was actually in it. Seems like a regular scam practice to see if renters notice!!!

Dear Management, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unprofessional behavior and poor conditions at your facility, which have led to the termination of my tenancy. The management at this location has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and communication. Additionally, the bathroom facilities are consistently out of order. The environment is highly unprofessional; I witnessed one office staff member crying and complaining openly to customers about their working conditions, and another employee, Shannon, laughed in my face. Due to this treatment, I gave notice and moved out within 30 days. As a direct result of these issues, you have lost a customer who was renting two units for a total of $450.00 per month. When truck is dropped off and uhaul worker says they will check the truck in, it would be helpful if the truck was actually checked in. I had to call the next day which routed to the cooperate customer service center to ask for the local business to check in the truck so I don't get charged extra for having the truck past the allotted time.....

Have more staff. Went to go pick up my truck and there was only one person working. She did an excellent job for being the only one there. When I dropped off the truck there was multiple people working and they completed my receipt but the next day they called me saying I still owed money. Which was correct, but why didn’t you finish it the same day I’m assuming that that’s all I was charged. I had to go back to the place to pay the rest that was very unprofessional.

Received the truck with 5/8 of a tank. Clerk told me to taka a picture when I first got in the vehicle, so I did. I drove 31 miles, and filled the tank to just over 3/4 full. Upon returning the truck (mind you, the gas station is literally in sight of the Uhaul store), I was charged an extra $8.00 for fuel. I told the clerk I put MORE in it than when I got it, and she said, no, it was at 3/4 and now its just under 3/4. I said I got it at 5/8, and have a picture, she said she didnt care, the form says it had 3/4. So for an extra $8.00 you're willing to burn a customer. Well, never again, pal. enjoy your eight bucks.

Very upset first of all the township package came on as soon as I pulled out the lot shortly after the check engine light came on also the truck advertises 20 dollars a day they asked me estimated miles I told them 30 miles when returned after extending my rental another day I was charged a total of almost 400 dollars this is ridiculous for the condition and amount of time

The women I spoke with over the phone and at the desk and extremely poor customer service skills. She was rude and extremely combative. I was helping out an elderly neighbor who also heart the conversation and agreed, my wife heard the phone call and couldn’t believe how rude she was. The UHaul truck was completely out of oil when I started it, thankfully I realized it immediately. I told the women at the front desk and her response was “you can go to the back and grab the oil” I had to put 4 quarts of oil until the truck. It’s is basic maintenance that shouldn’t be up to the customer to check or take care of. Both the customer service and basic maintenance issues are unacceptable and need immediate attention at this location.

Fix the parking lot and the trucks. The left mirror was broken with no back up camera, the outside of the truck was filthy as well as the windshield with no washer fluid, the brakes were low, the suspension was AWFUL I had to go almost 15 miles out of the way to avoid highways due to anytime you drive it over 40 mph it feels like the front end was going to fall off. I called and asked for options like maybe dropping it off at a closer location they refused and only offered me the option to have it towed away and drive back to the reservation location for a different truck which is a location I will never ever be returning to, the parking lot is like the surface of the moon trying to get out through the massive pot holes then out onto a busy highway is less than ideal. If this was my first uhaul experience I would never ever use uhaul again but luckily I know that Langhorne pays more attention to their trucks than levittown obviously.

My truck I rented had a dead battery it set me back 2 hrs, I couldn't leave with the truck because it wouldn't start, I had to wait for someone to come and to put a new battery in the truck, I was so behind that I couldn't put my things in storage and had to leave them outside my old place until morning, ,things happen,but I would still recommend u haul, because in using them over 20 yrs, I've never had an issue, hopefully going forward i will not have any in the next 20 yrs!!

However, I encountered a significant issue regarding access to my outdoor, pull-up unit. During the initial setup, I was guided through the building and a side door, and I was not made aware that my unit was located behind a locked gate. Due to my work schedule I’m a little disappointed that the facility no longer has 24hr access card option. I usually don’t get home until around 10pm so to access my unit I would have to add an authorized person to my account to get things into/ out of my unit during business hours. I had this in the past and it was more hectic to arrange. With the 24hr card for the gate I was able to get what I needed and home within reason, especially since it was inside the building behind a gate which only allowed access to cardholders not creepy people. I felt safety was valued. People know there are cameras everywhere so really haven’t had issues. Please reinstate this option!

I called around to storage units all around the area for the victims of a house fire. My aunt is living in a hotel with two children and two dogs. The community was donating so many things she had nowhere to keep any of it. U-Haul was the first place to answer with no hesitation. They were more than happy to provide my aunt with a unit free of charge for a limit time while she gets into a new home rental. I can’t thank them enough for their support! They made the process so easy too!

The mice were bad but I guess you can’t help that if ppl are moving their stuff in that had mice/rats. The staff was really great there. I’ve been dealing with this uhaul storage and truck renting for years and Every last staff I’ve had a transaction with was great, Especially Megan who I believe is The “Higher Up.” Thanks for being so helpful and pleasant to deal with everyone. The absolute worst. We are going to court. They lied and said I could pay for unit and then sold all my belongings for 9$. I thought they were working with me when I explained I had a sudden death and the person I share it with died and now his items are part of estate. There is some inside stuff going on . Why would they sell my stuff for 9 $ when I'm offering the balance of 800$. And who does that to people at z time like this. These are migrating curmznstsnces to say the least. I've written the ceo , the BBB, the uhaul customer complaint department and a few more. This bully is illegal.

I think the price per month is a little high for the small unit I had. I wanted a smaller one. But there was none available at the time. If it cost less, I probably would have kept my stuff in there longer. But over all. It was clean and secure. But prices could be better.

My unit 1336 wat infested with mice! There were mice droppings on all of my belongings which had to be trashed! My daughter passed away… was actually murdered and the blanket that was over her casket and another blanket with pictures of her were full of mice poop and urine! This really saddens me because that’s something I can’t replace. I was told I had insurance then when I complained was told I didn’t have insurance and that it was easier to go through them directly then going through insurance. I was given a check for $1500 even though the things I lost was worth much more. I complained about my unit since January. I was honestly thinking about calling Mr Shoen because something needs to be done. The mice need to be dealt with! I forgot to mention my fireplace was ruined along with my daughters sneakers due to mold. Also I have videos to prove everything im saying

Everything there was excellent except fot the fact that there was a mouse problem and when i emptied my unit i had multiple items that needed to be thrown out,some of these items were things my mother gave me before she passed. These items were wrapped in plastic and stored in uhaul boxes and were damaged beyond repair. Staff was top notch, they took pride in providing a secure location to place your items. They ACTUALLY monitored the cameras and could provide accurate information regarding the coming and going of those who went through the security doors. I not once felt any type of fear or apprehension of my unit. Very understanding and accommodating. I could go on. Once Tom was gone, it was a far better facility. Prior to Meghan, the facility was terrible. Meghan was easier to contact, the team understood what was going on and able to give answers and be of assistance more frequently. I had a unit since September 2018 until this week. I never worried about my stuff stored there or going there any hour of the day or night the lighting was fabulous and the gate secured.

Needs maintenance. Fix the doors into storage area. Carts are in bad shape. Door stops do not work. Very large bumps that make it difficult to roll things in and out. Messy. Obvious rodent issue6

I loved the people that worked there but the two raises in rent is a bit ridiculous. The reason most people choose uhaul is because the smaller facilities do that.

Rats had gotten in the unit and shredded our Livingroom furniture beyond repair, defecated and urinated all over the furniture as well. Manager helps us with the claim, we have not hear back yet. 2wk

The gentleman who assisted me was great. My "no" for well maintained was due to the fact there was a rat bait tray in my unit. Found this disturbing. I was terrified to open boxes at home.
