Overall good experience on both rentals over the weekend. Staff is very nice and helpful, and the trucks were exactly what I needed. I was frustrated to not have the equipment in the truck I had paid for since I was picking up so early in the AM, but we managed and the staff quickly refunded me the items I didn't have. A locker for dollys and handtrucks would be really cool that could be used with TruckShare 24/7.

The after hours pick using the app is HORRIBLE!!!! It took me with the assistance of 2 customer service reps TWO HOURS to pick up the vehicle. The app WOULD NOT WORK AT ALL when I returned the vehicle. The entire experience was PAINFUL. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE WASTE OF AND DISRESPECT OF MY TIME. There are not enough negative words in the English language to describe the experience.

The gentleman did his job. But nothing more. He did not show me which van was mine, how to use it, help take the boxes I bought to it. He told me to push the button on the key ring to find out which van was mine. When returning the van the return site dud not work

Who ever is "checking" these trucks in needs to be fired. I used this location to move on Sept. 08.2021. I got a 26 foot truck, and requested a dozen furniture pads. The truck it self should not have been rented out. - The brakes had to be pushed to the floor to work, and the parking brake, abs, and hand brake lights would turn on for extended periods of time throughout my trip. - The cab vibrations and rattles were so loud and jarring I had to drive under the speed limit on the highway so that the mirrors weren't shaking so bad that I couldn't see what was in them. - The headlights were dim, and basically pointed down. - The interior cab lights did not work - The horn did not work - The truck had the wrong sized ramp that was clearly designed for a smaller truck. Due to it being too short, the loading ramp was basically at a 45 degree angle rendering it useless for rolling things up and down it. It was also off the track, and required 2 people to get it out (photo attached) - The driver seat was like sitting on a basketball sized rock. - The suspension was non-existent, driving it seemed like Jim Carry driving in Ace Ventura 2. I was bouncing all over the place, you would have thought I was off roading. - There were portions of the skirt completely missing, which ruins the aerodynamics and reduces fuel efficiency. - The hand truck and pads were missing from the back of the truck even though I was told they would be in there as I requested furniture pads for my rental. When I got to the location and opened the truck, there was nothing. just the bracket to hold the hand truck. I called and they wanted me to add miles to my trip to come back to the store. I said I will go without, but would like to take them off my rental so I don't get charged for not returning them, and also because I didn't get the pads for my original order. Also, I did not request a hand truck, and did not get the pads I requested, but I was charged for both. I mentioned it at check in, and have not heard anything about it from u-haul themselves.

The truck absolute disaster. I was about to have accident on highway. Steering system is no good. Steering is loose, truck goes right and left. It's old too. 165.000 Miles on it... You need to maintain that old guy.

Attendant that checked the truck in seemed annoyed that I wanted a receipt and the truck checked in before I left the location. I know it was sunday afternoon but i did not want to just hand him the keys and find out later there was damage, not enough gas, etc In all my uhaul experience , i have always had the equipment checked in. What is UHaul's policy? I was so tired and was frustrated by his attitude, I did not mention the smell.

This was my first time using uhaul and I'm very upset. They messed up reservations. I was told I needed to return my rental in the middle of moving. I'm still waiting for a manager to call. I will never use uhaul if this is how business is done.

Never notified by U-Haul that my pick-up location was changed from Langhorne PA to Levittown PA. Was told my vehicle was "up front", w/o any further direction or how to identify specific truck.. My competitive rate from Budget was not honored despite full documentation. A $42 dollar difference. No answer to my question as to why the rate from Langhorne PA to Columbia TN to was 3 times the rate charged from Columbia TN to Langhorne PA. Same distance, but opposite direction.

The truck I rented cargo lights didn't work and neither did the lights in the cab so it made it nearly impossible to move stuff once the sun went down. After driving for about a mile the emergency brake light on the dashboard came on and off the entire ride. The wheel alignment was off and the truck constantly would sway to one side and start to shake a little around 50-60 mph.

Rented the trailer for 12 hours to be safe on time, but returned the equipment at 5.5 hours and no partial refund was offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful with hooking up the equipment and also unhooking equipment during return.

I'm very annoyed I couldn't rent a larger truck for more than 24 hours. I needed to rent 2 vans to get my job done. It was huge stressful experience, more than likely I'll be looking for a another company to rent from in September when I need a truck.

The General Manager, Megan Robison provided excellent customer service- she secured me the truck I needed under short notice, Megan processed my rental transaction very efficiently. When I had a concern, Megan came out to the vehicle and resolved the matter quickly to my total satisfaction. Upon returning the truck, Megan used her cell phone outside in the return lane to process my return in hardly no time, summarizing my rental and explaining my cost.

I received it at 2.30 on Saturday, I was supposed to deliver it at 2.30 on Sunday, but I was told to bring it at 9.00 am on Sunday and another customer was waiting for the vehicle. I also delivered at 9.00 today, but they took my money as a full day. So I paid daily, but I delivered 6 hours ago, they took my money full day.

The location overall have some wonderful people. They're very friendly. Some of them need training however. They've made some serious mistakes on a few of me most recent visits. Yes I do need you to contact me to address the issue I recently had. When we were checking out our truck, the women on the other end of it through the chat? She was a bit frustrating, having live people is just such a better experience. Even if it's on the other end of a phone call. When we finally got through all that, we were running through the truck inspection and another party was given the same truck. They were rude.... and made us feel like we were stealing their truck... and it just wasn't a pleasant experience. Somebody on your end or something on your end messed up and of course nobody was there to help.... so again a live person would have just been a more pleasurable experience.

I cannot imagine a worse experience. They lied about not being able to do my hitch installation, telling me my bolt holes were too rusted. This wasted 2 40-minute Uber trips for me - they just shouldn't have accepted the job if they don't want to do it. So I go back to get my car, and told them I still want the parts, so they left the hitch and ball in the car, but they forgot the wiring. I call them the next day, they say yes, we do still have the wiring, sorry we forgot to leave that in your car, we will ship it to you. One week later I call again asking for a tracking of the wiring, because I still haven't received it, they say they will get it to me tomorrow. One week after that, no call back, and I've called a few times and they'll leave me on hold for literally 2+ hours. Your people here are blatantly lying to people. The worst part is, on the phone, they're SUPER friendly, probably because you are recording the calls. This makes me think I'm going to be taken care of. Then they just don't do what they promised me, and it's extended this issue over weeks for me where every other day I'm calling back, most days just getting left on hold for more than an hour and I hang up.

Call the customer before the day of the move. I had to call them at 230pm day before move and truck was 25 miles outside of Philadelphia and I got charged for being 10 miles over the allotted mileage. Will definitely be on social media about this tactic of pressuring customer into more money.

Michael went above and beyond in assisting me with my cargo van rental. First, Michael was able to secure a cargo van for 1 week despite being a "walk in" appointment and assured me that this was not an issue due to their large inventory. After Michael gave me the keys to my cargo van, he realized the model of the van was older so Michael then gave me a different set of keys to a newer model cargo van so I could have automatic windows and not have to manually roll the windows up and down. Then on Saturday, I realized I would not have enough time to complete my project and needed additional time with the van. I called into the local branch and when I advised Michael of the situation, he reassured me not to worry and that he could extend the rental for the additional time I needed. Since Michael was able to extend the rental, I was able to complete my project and return the van before the original 3:11 pm return time slot where I was then greeted by Michael. Michael then asked me how my project went and said if I needed another cargo van in the future, he would be more than happy to assist me with any/all future rentals. Michael was extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire rental process and made sure that I had everything I needed to complete my project properly and timely. Michael is unquestionably a vital asset to the Uhaul family and should be inline for a supervisor position. I would rate both Michael and the Bristol/Levittown Uhaul branch 5/5 stars as they are the only Uhaul branch I use whenever I need any form of moving equipment!!

Staff was top notch, they took pride in providing a secure location to place your items. They ACTUALLY monitored the cameras and could provide accurate information regarding the coming and going of those who went through the security doors. I not once felt any type of fear or apprehension of my unit. Very understanding and accommodating. I could go on. But I did have sticker shock when I went there but found out that they offered a very competitive price.
