Customer service at entry can be more enthusiastic. We the movers know how unpleasant a moving day may be, so at least a nice greeting and a pretty face would make someone's day.

I have rented from another Uhaul location in the past and did not have the same experience that I had at the Linden location. The Linden location was clean and inviting. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and professional and helpful when answering the questions that I had. The truck was clean and quiet and very easy to drive. It was a pleasurable and positive experience.

At least someone must there after hours to assist the new customers who find it difficult to access the uhau.com/share 24/7 in case the phone customer service take too long to respond. It happened to me, so I know how it feels. Thanks

THE TRUCK RETURN WAS A PROCESS. CALLED VARIOUSE TIME TO VERIFY THE SIZE OF TRUCK. TO BEING ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS AT LOCATION TO ASK/ TRUCK WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED. THE COST WAS WAY MORE THAN EXPECTED. COMING TO DROP TRUCK IT FELT LIKE IT WOULD STALL. LAST PHONE CALL TO VERIFY AMOUNTS WAS 12: 30 AND BEEN ON HOLD. OUR FAMILY WILL DEFINETLY THINK BEFORE RENTING AGAIN

Location is great with everything Uhaul has available. Only downside was the 5'x8' trailer I rented was leaking on both front corners so my first day of rental was useless because was a hard rainy day

When on site it would be preferred to have the walkthrough with the rep. which upon request was done. Just being advised of the online walkthrough is not acceptable. However, I do thank the staff for accommodating me as they were courteous and professional.

They should be more knowledgeable about their work, not been on the phone while the customer is in from. Also if the customer make forgot the keys they shouldn't argue with the customer and tell them if they don't return the keys right away they going to be charge $150. Step they should listen the apology step talking over the customer. This have been the worst experience as a customer in which the service I felt treated for not complying right away went the agent. Never been in this situation in which the customer is wrong for forgetting a simple key and the agent treated the customer for not complying right away with his demands.

Doors locked after hours and they did not provide a key or code I had to rent a hotel and wait till the next morning. Staff rude and disrespectful. Units smelled like dead rats or dead animals. no room to park truck and move items out of units.

I will never recommend my friends/ family to uhaul @ 1440 Edgar road because on numerous occasions i reported my items in my unit was damaged from the rain. The issues was never repaired.
