The ladies in the office was wonderful.

Confirm the size of truck is the best for what I have to haul. And not to change my order.

Online checkin process was cumbersome.

They had a big sign in the truck front windshield. We had to remove this to drive the truck. I think that should of been removed for us. We made a reservation and they knew we were renting the truck

When the truck is in the shop ensure that they are checking the tires for nails before they release the vehicle. Other then that everything else was great!!

The customer service I received was fantastic.

Renting the truck was a success. However, I booked movers through Uhaul. I used Mike's moving company. It was a horrible experience. They send two very young inexperienced guys. They were suppose to move my mom from a 1 bedroom senior complex to another apt in 2 hours. They moved extremely slow and was very unsure if what they were doing. In 2 hours all they got on the truck was 3 mattress, few boxes and one couch. I have a fractured foot and my mom is elderly we ended up moving things ourselves because they were nowhere done Their services were horrible.

Too much picture taking for return

I would like a full refund. I paid out way more money changing my equipment and location due to uhaul assigning my pick up location in another state

Tell people about your other fees, security fee and environmental fee was never mentioned. Not an ethical way of doing business.

Charged $7.50 for fuel after filling the truck back to the proper level it was received. This was after having to travel to this location since 1201 Hurffville Rd, Deptford NJ 08096 overbooked trucks and did not have a truck for me at my scheduled time slot.

Improve your website's info on available truck inventory at your locations. This is second time I have moved with U-haul and picked a truck at the location closest to me only to then be told the following day that I had to go 3 towns over to a different location and double my total trip. At this point it seems like it is done on purpose to force customers to drive longer distances and pay for that extra mileage. Also, it took me 20 minutes the morning of to be “approved” while I was waiting for the code to access the lock box for the keys to the truck. When I called customer service they said that was normal. When I asked why they do not notify customers about that wait time I was told it would not make sense for U-haul to tell customers they are going to have to wait. I would have appreciated the notice so I could have planned to be waiting into my morning instead of then having to rush around before the help arrived for my move. Or better yet, allow the steps for the approval to be done ahead of time so it is a much shorter process to access the keys.

Was afraid of driving that big van, and it was like driving a brand new car. Very smooth. Good stopping action. And all the amenities. The process inside the office was good and clean. The person behind The counter was courteous and professional

The manager Janet and her representative Trish were excellent they both were nothing short of angels. They both are exceptional employees. I'd use and recommend this site to any and everyone.

Trish and Janet were the best. They both did everything over n beyond their job. I would rent here over n over again n yes I would recommend them both. Trish was so quick in coming out when I pulled in to check the vehicle out so I could go on with my day. It was 5 minutes or less to be on my way to my own place. They were happy for me n wished me luck. Trish even warned me of the storm because I had rented a van. That was friendly n kind to think about my move. U need more people like both of them

The light inside of the truck was missing. So we were stuck to move with limited lighting. There were no lights on by our storage unit either. Not good

Helpfull!!, clean, great customer service!! Felt like they care about me need!! Show me the storage before I purchase. They really care about the customer. Definitely will recomanded this place, and will come back to this location

Need to get your reservation system straight. Booked a truck for a location right around the corner from my house just to show up and be told that uhual switched my location, but never informed me. The employee had to call around looking for a truck that matched my order. I ended up being 45 minutes late to my pick up address. Very subpar service on uhual part...

You can use this center as a model to other centers that need help.

The truck needed new wiper blades really badly! The driver's side had pieces of the blade sliding around on the windshield. Didn't really clear the rain off the glass.

The mobile pick up process could have been faster and more friendlier to use. The truck was not easily accessible so I was not in and out how I planned on. If they knew someone had reservations for 10:30am the truck should have been pulled up. I had reservations for 10:30am but I didn't leave the site until 10:52am cutting into my time to be back by 3:30pm.

Janet and Trish are the best! During my six plus years as a customer there was never a time they weren't friendly, informative, and always willing to assist any way they could. Great to work with!

Not the fault of the location - but returning the truck after hours and having to use the app in the pouring rain was not cool I will say that I have rented many uhauls in the past for my business and this location has very well maintained equipment - the app won't stop me from returning but found it to be an inconvenience

Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

No improvements needed both employees that worked that day were of great help to make my move as easy as possible

Although, I was locked out of my unit for late payment and was extremely upset that uhaul didn’t want to work with me on a payment arrangement. The facility was clean, and the workers did their jobs.

The gentlemen Ivan at this location was very friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Plus the hours where very reasonable as well.
