Malinda R. | Online Move InI had an awful time! first I called the office to see if there were any available units that I could use and I found out that there were. however I wanted to find out if there was one closer to my granddaughter's house. I called again but no one was available, so I got the operator at the 800 number instead. He told me there was one available and that I needed to hurry up and give him my credit card number so I could reserve it. he kept saying give me your credit card number so I can reserve it give me your credit card number so I can reserve it. I decided to do that and reserve the unit. Upon arrival at the unit I discovered that it was an unmanned sight. I then called the number and got a very kind and helpful agent and another location nearby that managed that unmanned location. He told me that I could get online on my phone and register for the unit and after doing so the unit number and a lock and key would be in the unit waiting for me. The automated system for getting your unit was absolutely horrible!!! I tried for 30 minutes to make it work correctly and it would not. I am a retired computer programmer myself. I saw that it was stuck in a loop that would not let me get out. As a result, I went to the manned location and the agent there who was very very very helpful got me all squared away. however, he indicated that a lock would be in the unit with the key in it. I got to the remote location and of course there was no lock or key in the unit. Extremely frustrated after this I decided to go to the nearest auto parts store and purchase my own lock which I did and I put it on the unit. it was a very frustrating experience very frustrating.

Also, there is someone driving around on-site to make sure all is safe and acceptable with my unit. He also informed he would assist if anything was not up to my needs. I really appreciated this.
