We stored our belongs for 4 years at this facility. It is very secure and our belongings were exactly as we left them. My only disappointment is that after paying on time every month, it would have been great if the remainder of this month (almost 3 weeks) would have been prorated and reimbursed since my belongings were picked up on October 10th and we had paid up until the end of the month and gave a 1 week notice of our arrival. After waiting in the store for about 10 minutes I was helped by a worker at uhaul of Little River. When the worker asked for the address I was dropping it off at and said the city himself, I stated the city but didn't have the address on hand which I thought all of that was in his computer since he said the city. He then asked if I lived in that city while he has my license in front of him. I said that city is not far from where I live, thinking to myself (What does it matter if I live in that city or not that's where I'm dropping it off at.) Then he asked if I was using the card on file and asked for the card and zipcode of the card which again I thought all of it was in the computer. Get outside, he hooked me up and didn't bother to check my lights to see if they were working, just said I was good to go. Get down the road, I get a text from uhaul stating my drop off is at a location I haven't used before in my zipcode. The guy disregarded what I put down online for a drop off location and put his own location up there. I said all of that to say this, I have used this Little River location before with the same setup and never had an issue with all the extra questions because they were never asked before. I don't know why this time was different and I've dealt with the same worker before. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him but don't try to question my decisions as to where I want to drop a trailer off and add your own location in the contract. I do not recommend this location unless you want to get asked 21 questions about a contract you already made online only for them to change it to their satisfaction and then not check your lights when leaving. I also had to ask how to get out because he had a truck blocking one of the ways to leave.LATASHA B.

This location was fine, however, I asked to pick up the trailer at a location about 1 mile away. I had a storage area at the other location and planned to pack the trailer and leave it at the storage area overnight (this is allowed). Because I had to use the other location I couldn't leave the trailer overnight and my HOA does not allow any moving trucks or trailers on the property. I had to delay picking up the trailer until I found a place to park it. They are both Uhaul rental places.Colleen R.

Guy at counter was not too friendly. He had a smart attitude about everything. When we got there to return the truck we had to wait on him to finish eating his breakfast. He needs to learn customer service. Associate that was working was incredibly rude, tried to fight my boyfriend, called him derogatory names and threatened to stop us from returning home. Shocking that she is even employed with uhaul. Her behavior was despicable, I've never seen anything like it. She took hours to try and set up our tow dolly, walked away and inside while trying to set up because she claimed my boyfriend was rude to her because he said the tow dolly wasn't the correct one we ordered. I rented a 15' truck. The tow/haul button activates automatically every time you start the truck. However, I was doing all light weight work and I could not turn off the tow/haul switch unless the truck was in park. I don't know if this is normal behavior, but it was annoying as the truck drives terribly with tow/haul on as it does not upshift in a timely fashion, causing an irritating lack of shifting and a drain on fuel.KEITH V.

I reserved a pickup truck to be picked up at 9am. The day before the scheduled pick-up, I was informed that they had no truck for me until 5pm. I had people on hand to assist me at 9pm. I asked if they had any other available truck that I could use. Fortunately, they had a 10 foot truck available that would cost me an additional 30 cent per mile. I was not offered this truck. I had to ask. What's the point of using the UHAUL app to reserve a truck, just to be td the day before the scheduled pick-up that it's not available?ROGER W.

Worst rental experience of my life. I forgot to confirm contract mileage versus vehicle and they overcharged me for 490 miles I supposedly put on in a 24 hour period.
