tracee P | First ImpressionsI have used this facility for 3 years however this year it was so overcrowded with U Haul equipment that it prohibited me from being able to access my unit comfortable. I had to move my van every few minutes to let others through as the main drag was double parked with equipment and no access for two lane traffic. This made my unloading double time as I could not complete my task. I moved to a new unit where I was told they did not park equipment however they did have traitors parked in front of my unit. I could still access however two lane traffic could not get through. I asked a patron if she would let me through as I had done although a real pain however she would not and she harassed me calling me a privileged blond Southerner. I truly felt threatened. I would consider the experience a negative experience. The facility is far too small for all the equipment stored which is not unit renter friendly. I have never in all my years of renting storage units had such a bad experience. I have been renting units for 25 years now in various locations. I understand on occasion you have to move to accommodate other patrons however when it is constant it is not ok. The owner of this facility has failed.
