All the employees I interacted with were very professional and nice. However the trailer I rented was pretty rickety and one of the worst hitch assembly I’ve ever seen there was no pin to really lock the trailer to the ball. Also, there was one brand new tire and the other one was not bad but worn. Trailers should always have compatible tires for a better drive.

brian m | First ImpressionsLots of outdoor parked rv, boat, and trailer storage items had not moved for years. They would be considered inoperable in most cases. Looked almost like a graveyard of items. Good storage otherwise, but limited recommendation on outdoor items as other storage places are much nicer for those items. Exiting facility required code instead of automatic open gate, and I felt rather unsafe by that with no quick exit as I didn’t have the door opener.

warren b | First ImpressionsStoring with U-haul has been very difficult to deal with. The company kept raising rates, often without notification. The location would close at 5 PM, so if there was an issue, you couldn't get a hold of anyone after that time (most people can't get there before that time during the work week). The staff often would request us to do something after the fact. When there was staff, there was usually only one person on site handling multiple customers (leading to long wait times).
