The day before my pick up, I got a call that the truck I reserved two weeks prior was not available. Also, the location was closed on Saturdays. The truck had scratches that were not in the picture when I received it. The appliance dolly I reserved was not available. Quick to pick up and return a trailer. Annoying that I am the one required to use my phone to take pictures of my license each time for them - I didnt realized I worked there. That part isnt the store employees fault - they are quick and helpful.RICHARD S.

I was disappointed that I reserved ahead of time but had to pay more and even when I shifted to a smaller truck was still charged a higher rate instead of what was on the screen behind the register. I was told that the signage was incorrect and it was a higher price than what the signage says. I am also disappointed that the truck is received with only a quarter tank of gas , which causes you to to have to fill up right away yet there is no reimbursement for returning the truck with more gas. There should also be a lesser payment of you are using the truck for only a couple hours versus a whole day.ALEXANDRIA W.

The only complaint I have is the reps were on there phones and talking upon pick up. He marked the gas at 7/8 rather that the 3/4 it was at. I had to take many pictures of the damage that was on the truck and did not realize to look at the gas. I tracked 25 miles and ended up paying 55$ in gas due to both his and my negligence. As a customer I would prefer to be able to trust what information is being given to me from your employees. In my experience I feel that if they were not engaging in personal conversations they would have been able to provide me a more accurate and honest experience. The lady upon return was great. She was the only employee working and had a line of customers and she was hustling in and out of the store to assist customers.Jesse J.

I was awoken by a very rude CSR this morning at 7:00 am. Acting like I had stolen their vehicle. We had their truck for 4 days and I called every day and paid for three truck and their premium insurance. Consider in the future, a use of assistance of forklifts, a certed operator with assistance of certain kind of loads, a release waver, to help with heavy loads, just asking to consider the ways, you can help a customer, I had a 900 lb toolbox and tools I had to wrestle out of one of your trucks. I did hurt my back. But I think there should be a release for for customers assistance at local stores, this is just my opinion.Victor G.

The truck ran fine but there was a pronounced pull to the left. I cannot imagine how anyone that drove this vehicle would not notice that. I had to keep steady pressure, steering to the right in order to keep the truck on the road. I did this for over 2,000 miles.DAVID O.

This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used. I am VERY happy with how they keep up with their insect and rodent control. I have used other storage facilities where I had inadvertently brought home roaches that got into my boxes while being stored. I had ZERO problems with bugs while I was unpacking my belongings that were stored there for probably a good year. Very happy and surprised actually . Convenient office and gate hours. I was initially upset because they did not have my truck size, at the time and place I was guaranteed to have it at. The Lathrop location called me the day before I needed to rent it saying, i had a pick up time for a size truck i didn't ask for, at a later time and a location 30 miles away. I told them i did not rent that size not from that location at that time. They then referred me to traffic center, the traffic center agent in Manteca, was not helpful and also hung up on me. It was one of the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Then when i called the number back they didn't pick up and i was transferred to Bay Area traffic center, who then transferred me back to the Central Valley center. I would like to say the agent, Ashley who works for the traffic center in Central Valley was amazing. She saved the experience for me and for uhaul overall. Reward her, because that's what customer service is all about. Although the truck was still smaller than what was guaranteed to have, she made it a bit more accommodating for me and i thank her. The Manteca traffic agent and the lathrop agent working at that location were rude and unaccommodating.NOSAKHARE I.
