U-Haul saved me! I am getting divorced and had to move out of my house quickly. They were so convenient and helpful. The ordering process was so easy and the price is reasonable. The box is a great size and you can fit many items in the container. None of my items were damaged during transport from Northampton to Bethlehem. Loved and appreciate this entire experience with Uhaul. I give you guys 100 out of 10!

Excellent experience with the Manager Nairobi. Everything was clean. She explained everything in detail. The only thing I would change is having the after hours lock start a little later.

Nex time for the florida locations. Make sure they have the righ adrees. Make sure your delivery drivers have the correct routs and make sure the comunicate with costumer when not ariving in time. I got ( 3 ) diferent time slots and she dint arive in between any if them. Pick up date was also mesed up.

I didn't actually double check the employee's marking of the fuel level. I was wrong. I took a picture after the fact and pointed it out. He told me since I didn't say something right away thst they couldn't accept it. I drove 4 miles, if the gauge moved 1/4 tank in 4 miles then this van is only getting 2 miles per gallon. I will never rent from this location on Spring Creek road again. Terrible customer service. Thieves actually. Stay away from this location.

I rent all the time as an event planner, my last two experiences hasn’t been that great. My most recent experiences the back door didn’t open and the last rental didn’t have A/C. Would I rent again yes, I just had bad luck with my last two rentals. I hope UHAUL dose a better job with overlooking there their vehicles after every rental.

Definitely a 5 star rating. Excellent clean facility with super friendly staff. Everything you need for moving is right there and reasonably priced. Couldn't have made the move any easier. Will definitely recommend.

The manager (I think her last name was Rosario) went above and beyond. This was my first time towing and my lights were giving me issues. She made a phone call to her tech with possible solutions and nailed it. This is the type of human beings that make the world a better place. 5 stars for the location and 10 stars for her.

Within 1 day of having the storage unit a lock was placed on it that I didn’t not have a key to. There was nothing in the unit and to make it worse the security alarm/system is bragged about for nothing apparently since a lock was placed. Mo communication on the matter is really what sealed the deal because I could have made sure to be there when someone was available to take it off!

Nairobi was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating when renting the truck and obtaining the storage unit, and Chelsea was just as friendly when returning. I had stopped in and called previously and spoke with Annaliz who was just as friendly and helpful when showing me the facility..excellent customer service by ALL!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent rental experience. Unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing and frustrating. We rented a U-Haul truck and returned it within 30 minutes of the rental. Despite this, we were charged on our credit card without our knowledge or consent. During the rental, an accident occurred involving the truck, and we promptly opened a claim with our insurance company. The overall service was absolutely horrendous, and I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone based on this experience.

The 2 employees I worked with were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I did have to clean the trailer out before i put my golf cart in it though, due to the fact there was quite a bit of broken glass in it. I swept it out and there was about half of the dust pan full. Other than that service was great, will definitely go back.

I have an issue and I need an explanation . I'm a regular customer of uhaul equipment . the last time I took a uhaul from Warsaw NY, the truck was given to me with gas in the truck so when I was returning the truck I fueled it back so this time at Perry Street I was given a complete empty car with no gas so when I was returning the car I didn't fueled it as well but I have been deducted $87 from my account instead of being compensated as I'm a regular customer. please can you explain it to me

While I understand paying in a timely manner is required but to subsequently charge my checking account causing it to overdraw with a $29.00 fee as well as U-Haul late fees was ridiculous. We moved out at the end of January and told the office yet, I get a phone call today asking if we're gone. Could be MUCH better.

The manager lacks any customer service skills. We have renter from here maybe over a dozen times in the past 12 months or so. The young lady there is very nice, but when we were waited on by the manger, she is just terrible. We will not use this location again.

Perfect for a multi-trip, local apartment move. Was able to make my hour long move in 2 round trips without hassle or fuss. The van was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. U-Haul cancelled my box after I loaded it on premises, then offered to not charge for the box, saving me $69. After I contacted U-Haul they found my container, did not expedite my transport. My box was over 3 weeks late. I had to go buy clothing and medication due to the delay. I left message last week for a phone call about getting reimbursed for more than $69. I got a call last Thursday by someone saying the Macungie manager is out and would call me Monday. I’m still waiting for a call!!! I’d like someone above the Macungie manager to call me, my cell is (210) 430-4358 pacific time zone.

There was no veterans discount and price was little high from othere storage

The uboxes were delivered early and the pick up was three or so hours early. We were not finished loading them at that time because we were told 12-12:15. Then we had to wait until around 4:30 for them to be picked up. Extremely frustrating as we had planned to leave for our new city at 2pm.

The store opens at 9 am on Sunday and the employees are just arriving at 9 am. Maybe they should arrive 10-15 minutes early so they can be ready to open the door for customers at 9 am. Also please do not give the first customer the third truck in line and make them wait for someone to be available to move the other truck(s).

My experience was ruined at the end when I almost fell through the floor due to a steel plate breaking through the floor on the one corner. On top of that I couldn’t check out on Sunday night because the app. Wouldn’t scan. I tried for like ten minutes and finally gave up in disgust.

The only complaint I have is that on the day the boxes were to be delivered between 2:45 and 4:45 the driver called me and said she could not deliver because we did not pay. We had a credit card on file apparently there was an issue at the call center, and they said the card did not go through. The driver also saw the card number on file and ran it through herself. The call center was supposed to call me that morning, but they did not. I feel that they should have called me immediately not let us wait until 3PM for the driver to call about an issue. I do want to say the driver Carmen in PA and Liz in Largo were excellent. I would definitely use U-Haul again if needed because of them.

It is not better or worse than other storage facilites. The facility is convenient to my location. Clean. Hours are convenient for now, but surprised it is not 24 hour like other local UHaul Storage facilities. It is convenient that it has a drive in garage to unload if inclement weather. It does need more than 1 flatbed cart .There are several to move mattresses and plywood, but only one to move boxes, at least on the first floor.

Angel located a first floor storage unit for me, made sure that I was checked in, and answered my questions on how to use the login system.
