The truck's oil light was on. Broken sun visor that kept flapping back and forth while driving. When returning the truck, I had to call UHaul customer service for assistance. I was put on hold for 25 minutes. Not something I enjoyed after moving/traveling for 12 hours.

The truck I was given had a check engine light on and would not get over 50 mph on the highway. Then when I went to drop off after hours the website had an error and would not let me check the truck back in and I was charged a $20 fee.

As I have reached the end of day at time of equipment return minutes before closing time I was forced into doing a closing receipt after I mentioned I would be the early in the morning as it opens to deal with the necessary means. My brand new apple iPhone was stolen from the service area. I called and complained to customer service an police officer went back to the rental place to try and retrieve and all to no available.

Checkout was quick and friendly. Lots of trucks and trailers options available. Truck was clean and ready but had a check engine light and very loose steering. I reported the issue at return so hopefully they look at it. Would rent from here again!

Truck had a war just g light for tire sensor on- representative said “oh don’t worry about it it needs to be replaced “ Left a ezpass transponder in the truck and when I went back the next morning g it was gone- associate manager said they had cleaned out the truck and nothing g was there but I had taped it to the dashboard so it would not slide- also was told that the truck - returned Thursday night was not cleaned til Friday am and the trucks are left unlocked in the lot... so pass was either taken or stolen

One of the girls that works there was asleep laying on the moving boxes in front of the counter while the new employee waited on me with no knowledge of what he was doing also I have rented trailers from this location 3 times and not once did anyone hookup the trailer or help with hookup instead they wait until your all hooked up to come out of the building to make sure lights are working on trailer only they didn't even check the chains or the ball connection all other locations I have rented from back me up to the trailer and hook it up and check the lights themselves

The uit was clean but not everything worked ---Make sure fuel gauges work. effectively I paid for the rental plus a full tank of gas not a word was said -- I know it was broke because it never moved up --

The customer service young lady at the counter was excellent . She was very friendly , helpful, and professional .

Think about having non smoking rentals or at the very least clean and deodorize one that has been smoked in. The smell of smoke was so strong in the cab, I had to clean it myself before leaving on a 10 hour ride. Also one of the inside tire pressures were low by 15 psi after I specifically asked if they were checked and was told “yes”

The miles were not updated before i picked up the rental. On return i am charged $1,598 for 6 hrs of rental. I picked up at 114055 mileage and returned with 114089. However, the staff at this location had not updated the miles from last trip and i am wrongly charged. Will be disputing the amount but will never use U-Haul from this location and will avoid this broken 24/7 checkin system.

I was with them over a year and actually didn’t even visit my unit at all. The benefit is the climate control building. All property and clothes were exactly how I left it. Secured and clean location.

Four experiences w/UHaul were fabulous w/ one exception. I returned keys to a young male clerk who never logged the returned truck into the database. They thought I stole it! It was safe & sound!

Lighting in front of building was poor. Led to believe 24 hour access was available when keycards were given. Unable to reach staff after hours. Happy $ was reimbursed for hotel after not getting in.

Jennifer was awesome. Even better was the fact other Uhaul customers , Austin & Hope, were dropping some stuff off in their unit. Austin offered to help us unload our truck. What a great guy!

This was my first time renting a u-haul truck and storage unit, and I am thrilled. With all the stresses of moving it was such a relief to have had such and easy, straightforward experience.

This U-Haul location was fine for storage. However, the staff seems to know more about trunk rentals and less about the storage and moving processes which was NOT helpful to me.
