Maybe a shadow board for organizing, and have equipment ready go when it's been reserved. I feel the checkout process took longer than should have due to not being prepared

The manager, Chris, was amazing. Watching him trying to help everyone and please everyone and do what he can to take care of all the customers was inspiring. But as much as this guy run around, no wonder why he is skinny! Great job Chris!

Office person was not very communtive with previous customer nor with us when we dropped it off. It was a Saturday and we felt the man would have rather been somewhere else.

We ended up renting 2 trucks on different days because we have too much stuff. The trucks were clean inside cab and truck both times - but windshields were covered with bugs. One truck only had a quarter tank of gas and it is really difficult to figure getting back to that amount. Starting full and ending full is easier.

When I brought the truck back, I noticed a coolant leak which I pointed out to the CSR. He did not seem to care and continued checking in the JH. I asked him if I could open the hood for him and he said "I ain't touchin dat." He ignored me and continued the check in. I followed him into the store to continue the conversation about the truck. He finally responded by saying he would write it up and then accused me of trying to hide the leak by saying "how could you not notice." He then said the shop was going to take care of it and that they would be sending me a bill for the damage I caused. I pointed out to him that the leak was recent and sudden beacuse if he would simply take a second to look behind the truck he would see that there was not a trail of coolant across the parking lot. He completely ignored me. I then recorded a video of the leak and the area behind the truck to prove that I was not in fact a worthless liar as I had been made to feel. This man was and is completely unprofessional and in my opinion acted like he did not care about his job, or the customer. If i was trying to hide something I never would have pointed out the leak to begin with, and then to be accused of dishonesty and subterfuge by a CSR who refused to even examine the truck was ridiculous. I worked for Uhaul for two years when I was going to college. I never treated a customer the way this man treated me. The only positive experience I had was the friendly woman who checked in my autotransport earlier in the day. She was friendly and helpful.

Was charged for an extra day of use. My understanding was 2 days of use. Was given 23.5 hours to return truck after moving across state.

Made a reservation online and everything was good/set up until we got there and we had to wait an hour or so more because all of the power went out in the building and nothing could be processed. The manager came to “assist” but was really no help at all and not the friendliest of people, just shrugged us off like nothing. The cashier lady who was helping us was very polite about the issue and friendliest to us as customers (had to keep reminding manager that we needed to be helped when we were the only customers in the building which was in my opinion the most frustrating part about the situation). A major inconvenience and put me way behind schedule (I had a specific layout for the day which was why I used the online reservation route but in the end it didn’t matter anyway). They are a fairly new location, which I understand. But why start the business if everything isn’t good to go? Not a great way to start out. I refuse to use this location again and will go out of my way to avoid it if at all possible.

It took more than an hour to pick up the truck even though I had prefilled out the form online. This was mostly due to computer issues. I can rent a car and travel the country in just a few minutes with little hassle but to get a truck for a few hours I had to have multiple references. Instead of having the truck up front and ready to go, when I finally was ready to take the truck I had to walk across the lot to get it. The distance wasn’t the problem, it was just a lack of customer courtesy.

We were told we would have 30 days free storage. Then we were told the facility was new and did not have that capability. They made no effort to fulfill that part of the contract, and were annoyed that we wanted help The employee on duty when we dropped off was not very helpful.' Told us where to park the trailer and had us unhook it ourselves
