JUSTIN S | Overall ExperienceNegatives: No place to discard garbage then get charged a service fee for staff to dump it. Mixed up my account with a duplicate name then sent me an email that my account was closed. Cannot always easily get through by phone to the local storage facility and your call is force fed to the 1-800 number, which is annoying. To add to it, I was an out of state/ different time zone customer which often added to the frustration of not being able to communicate with the local storage facility directly. Positives: Thankfully, great customer service and support at this site. Handled mistakes professionally and amicably. Price point was reasonable. Despite the mishap with my account, I otherwise felt secure with my items being stored there.

I was made to feel part of a family, my belongings were safe and they were always glad to see me. The facility was well lit and clean.
