Online reservation was super easy. When I got to the store I was quickly handed the key. No wait. Everyone adhering to Covid Distancing standards and wearing masks. Moving can be so stressful and this by far was the only part of my moving day that did not cause me stress. Thank you and it is much appreciated!!
The only issue I had was returning the truck after hours. The process should be easier. The website could not find my location from my phone and I tried for half an hour, so it wouldn't let me finish the process. Finally, I called customer service. Other than that, MethuenMA store was great!
Danielle did an excellent job both retrieving and delivering my U Boxes. All the U Haul staff were helpful and kind. The women driving the trucks and the fork lifts are phenomenal and kind. Thank you U Haul!
The service person that checked the equipment in was awesome, took the time to ask how the trip went and made sure all questions were answered.. Very professional and highly recommend ..!!

Seamless process from beginning to end especially setting up the order online.
I picked up the unit in Methuen. The people were nice and helped me attach the trailer. I neglected to double check to see if I received the blankets I ordered and found when I got home there were none. In addition the locking mechanism on the door was missing a screw in the bottom mount and the 2nd screw was almost falling off. This was a very visible problem when I opened the door since the door would not close without manually putting the mount back in place. Not sure how this could have been missed if/when the unit was checked out before renting to me.
The man met me outside, disconnected the trailer and I was out of the parking lot in five minutes.
Staff super friendly and took time to explain my options. Will definitely recommend. Thank you !
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. Having the garage so that you can pull you vehicle or moving truck in to be able to load or unload was very convenient. It was very helpful with our move. Would highly recommend.
Much cheaper than public storage facility which is located next door. Very helpful staff. Convenient location for me. Clean & well maintained. Recommend.

Facility is not officially open yet but Mr Davis who I met there has been very helpful with setting up temporary storage which solved a problem I had with selling my condo and moving to a smaller location near to this location.
