MAIMUNA C | Overall ExperienceIt wasn't my choice to use uhaul so this is an honest review and UHAUL was chosen and paid for NOT BY ME, I was forced out of my house (7/3/26)and was over charged by uhaul (I have the venmo info and just so it's said I got this venmo account for this moving housing issue and UHAUL WAS THE ONLY PLACE AT THE TIME that had my venmo card number) so I was NEVER refunded $67/$68 I have the receipt and also the "child" (this person was either disabled in an intellectual way, or just did not understand what me asking to speak to anyone else because I was not sure what he was NOT understanding and then he kept calling, kept lieing, and now I'm just mad and have no house, nothing but the clothes on my back (because the people who moved us, I do NOT think it was uhaul) packed everything WRONG and ruined a $3000 FAMILY HEIRLOOM PRAM from 1978. I just want my $67 back, I literally have lost my house, my husband is dieing, I can't even get to the uhaul where my stuff is and to be honest I'm not sure I even want to know if the people who loaded the uhauls where part of your company because it's just been a bad experience at EVERY TURN

In addition to potential items broken even before my move started. I hope no one goes through this process ever again and I am most likely going to be more picking if I ever move again.
