My experience was well pleased....the staff on the morning shift at this location was excellent...helpful and patient....Jenny David ,Raymond and the The Young Lady that was there at 9am opening February 7th. When I picked up my truck, it smelled like marijuana. The order was so strong that it lasted until the next day and caused my eyes to burn and swell. I could barely drive back to the location. I went to chirch smelling like pure marijuana! I asked to speak to a manager for a refund

Well, if you're going to rent a U-Haul in Miami. Don't before but other Uhaul‘s. This is the best Uhaul on the planet. The staff is great. All the trucks are in great condition also. Such a pleasant place to rent from.

Lol please read this cause it's going to sound like a joke but it's not and it's all 100% facts. So Sat morning I went to the location on 27 and 183 and try to get a truck to move a Calli king size bed a dresser and a night stand. Yes that's all I had to move why I need a truck cause you have to brake them down. When I got there I was told that they don't have any trucks but I also over heard that only if you book online you can get a truck. Fine I did it online and in less than 10 minutes I got a call back from Chrissy that she saw my booking for a 10' truck and their is another truck ready right now to go for the same price if I want it. I reply ok what size is it, she said a 15'. I reply ok cause in about 2 hours or less the truck coming back, so that confirmed that I was getting a bigger truck for the same price and in no time it would be back. Went back to the location and was told that the truck I was just told I was getting they just gave it to someone else lol but if I wait till the make a run to the dump and come back I can get another truck after they clean it up. I said ok cause I was about to go get something to eat anyways, when I got back I had to wait another hour but I needed the truck so I wait. Now the truck came back and they blow out the back yes blow out the back lol, went in to do the paper work for the truck to the young lady that I have a booking for the 10' but I was called for a 15' for the same price. Now the booking online said 39 and some change with the insurance and the 19 something for the truck. They charged my card 69 and some change to my card and when I told them that it was too much which was double the prize of the 10' and the insurance plus mileage. So the manger came over and said that when I come back with the truck she is going to fix it lol NEVER TRUST PEOPLE TO KEEP THEIR WORD. Drove the truck 1 mile or less to my house on 37 and 199. Then drove it to Sherman circle, then back to Uhaul location on 27 and 183 got there to check the truck in no manager to fix the first problem with the price and the young man said there was nothing he can do than to wait on the manager to fix it so now they charge me 57 and some change cause I did not even brake 10 miles and the time was even so short that the truck was going back out in no time. Now I was looking for a call from the manager to come in and get it fix on Sunday but the call never came so if they think I am going to let them rob me of this little coin they need to do better so I will be going there in the morning cause that's bad business.

To whom it may concern, my experience with Uhaul was the worse I have ever experience in my life. The truck smell so bad that I had to attempt to wipe clean the truck myself and it was filthy and dirty with trash. I spoke to the manager and all she can tell me was excuses after excuses. She told me I should have brought it back and I attempted to explain to her that was the only size vehicle they had and I really needed it to move those few days. The only the manager can tell me was she ( will have to wait until another passenger return the truck and look inside. Now that didnt fix the situation, it made me more angry because there was no solution going forward. One of her employees stated " that vehicle was never clean or wipe down for covit. But the only thing the manager can tell me that her employees spray down all vehicle, that's great but the damage was done to me already when I got inside the truck and drove away. Now I have to go get tested because I drove a contaminated truck for a few days, inwhich was NEVER wipe down or clean, and I paid over $300 just to get sick. I went to get tested and I pray that I dont come down with this killing virus. Going forward a manger or assistant manager should check all vehicles prior before putting a entire family at risk, inwhich my case my family was put in harm way. That just not acceptable and uncontainable in any work place. There was No people skill or remorse or concern about my family well being and I see that customers don't come first when you have a ligeminet complaint especially doing this difficult time. This matter was documented and i took pictures future reference. By I tries to talk professionally to an employee but the thing she can say was ( call the manager the next day and explain it to her) I really expect better and a manager who care about her customers, not a manager that seem to cover up there mistakes. There was no satisfaction or a call back to me or my wife who refused to get inside the truck for 4 days but uhaul was gladly satisfied to take my money. That's not acceptable on any level. I completed my move thank GOD but experience was the wrose in my life time, and I'm a veteran and a retire cop. At lease give me a refund or half of my money back for going through this traumatic disgusting experience of a life time. Your feed back is much appreciated. Thank you for listening I will be waiting for your response soon. Thank you again.

I was sold a Uhaul brand lock onsite with a set of keys that did not work (faulty) and I wasn't helped at all in getting access to my storage. I was advised to pay for a locksmith to get the lock off. The staff was rude, unhelpful, nonchalant, blatantly disrespectful and incompetent. I would not recommend this place. I had to file a complaint with corporate who wasn't helpful because they leave enduring up to the store manager who I believe is aware of her staff's unprofessional behavior and is cosigning it.

I opened a storage box contract 2 months ago AND bought a lock with the store to place on my ubox. I rented a truck this weekend to empty the storage box and the keys that came in the lock package didn't work. At first he told me there was an employee who had bolt cutters but he was off that day. But he would be in the next day. I called corporate who told me bolt cutters were at another site and they would bring me cutters. Because I called corporate To get help to access my box, The staff on site proceeded to blame me for buying a faulty lock they sold me and didn't give me any assistance in accessing my box. And was very disrespectful about it. I had a house full of things I needed to be moved into my house in the ubox that i could not access. Simeon at the desk was very flippant, disrespectful and became dismissive after I had to contact corporate to get assistance with my account and then he advised me to pay for a locksmith to break a lock the store sold me. I had to pay a locksmith to cut the lock the next day. And then when I asked for my ubox contract to be closed, he didn't know how. He then proceeded to watch a Miami Dolphin football game in my face while I was at the counter. After he answered a personal call in my face he finally called someone who guided him through the screens to close the account and still couldn't do it. After I told him I needed to speak with someone besides him to close my account because I needed to close it because my account was slated to be charged the 14th, he then sarcastically told me To call corporate. To top it off, he told me he was no longer going to speak to me, the person whose name is on the contract, he'll only address my "man." the customer service was horrible.

They said they will not refund me and was charged a extra day for a late drop off after hours,which I always drop off a couple hours late but after hours and was never charged a extra day till now and I've rented with uhaul plenty of times never had a issue till now first they said to me trailer was checked in this morning was thats not true then she said the charge was because of a late drop off,so she gave me two story.location closes at 7pm I've rented before by 4 or 5pm Friday always dropped off Sundays after hours never charged a extra day...not happy and will never use uhaul again and not recommend uhaul to nobody.

I made a reservation earlier in the day. I did everything the website told me to do in order to just walk in and pick up the keys. When I arrived the man informed me that even though I made a reservation they were overbooked. I showed him my screen on my phone that said I just need to pick up my keys. I called uhaul after leaving and spoke to a woman. She informed me that the truck was already dispatched to me despite the man not giving me the keys. She called him and cleared up the situation. She told me to go back tell him to restart the time and get the truck. When arrived again He gave me the keys. I asked for the appliance dolly I paid for. He said it's in the back of the truck. I asked to restart the time, he refused. I checked the back of the truck and there wasn't a dolly back there. I went back in and he told me to take a dolly in front of the store. Which was a regular dolly. I was so frustrated. I called uhaul again after leaving with the truck and asked the gentleman to adjust my cost for the dolly. He told me he would but upon review he didn't. Terrible experience. Will never come back

Tire were low level and tank of gas was less 7/8. so we lost time taking care of that. Also when we make the contract a charge for the tools were included, now few different invoice were receive as citations. We had call few time and no customer service attention was receive. Please could you return the call to us 786-461-5939 needs to explain this situation.

Follow the business hours posted. Arrived at 6:50 aprroximately and employee said that the doors are locked at 6:45. If the hours state 7:00am to 7:00pm then thats what they should be.

Was given the wrong on renting a storage. Suppose to be free if a rent a truck , it was not. I was told I had to pay the first then get next month free. Never heard of that before. May belonging is stored there not. But once I remove them I would never rent from U-Haul again.
