I was having a very bad day and the staff was so nice and professional. They made my experience at U haul a bright spot in my day. I really appreciated the lady that showed me the unit and informed me of the 24 hr access pass. I will always come back to this location.

Was given the wrong on renting a storage. Suppose to be free if a rent a truck , it was not. I was told I had to pay the first then get next month free. Never heard of that before. May belonging is stored there not. But once I remove them I would never rent from U-Haul again.
