There's a near 100% guarantee that trucks are never available to rent yet when reserved online, there's rarely a problem with getting a truck. This company needs to rethink the performance of counter help. Also, I've told them that there's always screws and nails on the blacktop everywhere but they don't care, saying that can't do anything about it. UHAUL needs to Overhaul the attitude of how things are run. I must say that counter help is (usually) polite.Rey P.

They should maintenance the vehicles before sending people on cross country trips, so they dont end up stranded for 2 days spending hundreds of dollars. Worst experience of my life, being a young lady stuck with my dog for 2 nights in a VERY bad area, i waited 24 hours before a tow truck even came to help me. Never again.JENICAANNE S.

I am a deaf person and it hard to hear the phone. And it waste of time to go in person to ask for expend on the vehicle or for help. I would suggest that the website for the chat with a live person become available to help those with disability like a deaf or hard of hearing person. Not everyone can speak or hear the phone. Uhaul is great but need to work on equal access for the deaf and hard of hearing. The website have a chat person where I can text but they can't help at all they will tell me call or go to the local location where the uhaul is. Which it just a waste of time. The chat with a live person on the website should be available to assist and help at all timesDennis W.

The truck is difficult to drive. The truck won't go quickly when I hit the gas and it won't slow down quickly when I hit the break. The steering wheel was also hard to control. I rent one from the other location before, and the truck was very easy to drive. This is a very nice location and the price is fair, the people at the store was very nich as well. Considering everything above, I am not sure if I will recommend this location to my friends.Zi Y.

I had a horrible experience again! I incurred additional expenses again because of last minute notice of a change in pick-up location (the afternoon of the previous day) to late to make other arrangements, no notice of a pick up time change ( originally set for 8:30 AM. This delayed my arrival at the job site by 45 minutes. Costing me $270 (3 men @ $90/ hr). All this after arranging for a rental over a week in advance. This will definitely be my last use of U-Haul And I will be sure to post my experience on social media.John L.

The facility is great and some of the employees were also great. The manager was underwhelming. We called multiple times and could never speak to anyone at the local facility. When we made the trip up there for a lost key, we were told that they would call a locksmith and then call us to meet him and have the lock cut off. I later got the locksmith charge on my bill when the lock had not been cut and we had not been called. After being told the locksmith would come, I over heard the manager telling an employee just to tell customers in the future that they don't cut locks. After the $50 charge for nothing, the manager went and cut the lock himself. This is the Cliff's Notes version, but because of the lost key and locksmith situation, we didn't have access to the unit for months and basically only got the lock cut off in time for a move to another state.ERICA M. | Overall Experience
