Kiesha S | Overall ExperienceThere's a sign outside the storage unit building that says there's a dumpster to throw things in. Not true. U-haul employee said they don't provide a dumpster for trash. Guy at the desk said they are not allowed to take sign. after moving out, I swept...no waste basket, no nothing to put a handful of trash. U-haul says they aren't allowed to take the sign down or change it. Does this sound right to you?

Forgot to lock my unit and Lia came thru and put a lock on the unit for me. Manager bent over backward to ensure I moved with enough time for the unit. Hands down the best storage experience I have ever had.
