Went to store & spoke with manager, he is rude & condescending. Employee with no response was present and I pointed this person out to manager in the presence of both. Response, “I got bus that day “ that was last Saturday. Manager extremely rude with appalling comments made behind our backs as we were leaving and this was overheard by other customers in the store.

My needs for renting box trucks cannot be just one day at a time. I've never heard of this policy. I'll take my business needs to Penske or Budget or Ryder if this will be the new policy.

I had reserved a 20' truck out of Killeen via the uhaul.com website. I flew in to Killeen from NC and when I landed in TX was told there wasn't a truck anywhere in Killeen to pick up.

Cameron M.The vehicle had serious mechanical issues. A badly out of balance right front tire and/or bad bearing in the right front (think washing machine). Also, drivetrain vibrations (driveshaft or torque converter) similar to when a driveshaft u-joint is about to fail. AUX jack was inoperable and the wipers needed changed months ago. WE DROVE THIS THING 1650 MILES!!! IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER LEFT THE SHOP IN TEMPLE!! Very unsafe! Definitely not worth the $1200. Should have paid us to drive it. Not the other way around!
Jasmine L.Make sure the equipment that is reserved is actually available for the customer. Rented a 20ft truck, they didn't have it so I had to downsize to a 17ft. I could have done one load trip with a 20ft but had to do 2 with a 17 which costs me 1 dollar per mile…… spent about 90 dollars more than anticipated.

If they can't they should at least give money back if they don't use the equipment as long as they're given. The prices are are too high for equipment that isn't maintained as well as it should be. Very upset. Will not be returning to uhaul. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because staff was good when I picked up the truck.

Booked online, picked up the vehicle, all the little scratches and dings were already marked on the truck with a X sticker, truck was clean, tank was full. Got my son moved into his own house for just over 60 bucks! What a deal. Will be back for ANY moving/hauling needs! Great Price! Great Service!

My issue is with customer service, who made a storage and drop off reservation in Killeen (24 minutes away) and when I arrived I was told that the room promised wasn’t available. So I had to drive that distance each way and spend extra time and money. Plus my future costs will be more. This location was great, uhaul customer service is awful and would be zero stars.

Not good for low profile vehicles and if it rains it can be muddy n slippery, with the left side having a little dip. If a tire slide over to the left, tires can slip down. Have some steep dips in this driveway area, especially on the left side, which scraped the bottom of my car. I had to change buildings to avoid driving to the back buildings. Needs leveling out, or maybe concrete layed down. My move out date on here is incorrect. I moved out Feb 28th.

When I arrived i was informed no unit would be available for many days, and it was blamed on the uhaul corporate rep I reserved through. The local employee helped to secure a unit at another facility. I expect to be given accurate info during the planning process, and the disconnect between local and corporate entities is unacceptable business practice. Please use this AAR comment to improve your inter-facility synchronization.

The storage unit we originally reserved was closed on Sunday, and Saturday evening when we arrived to central Texas. Therefore, I called U-Haul to see what were my options, and the representative told me I can use self storage with U-Haul and get the first month free. They even let us drop off the truck in that same location. Great customer service from the lady at the temple location off 35 on a general Bruce drive. She was super friendly, and took time to explain how the key card works. She really helped me feel at ease to be able to unpack the truck, and turn in the truck in time. Thank you so much!
