If corporate communicated better with the people dealing with them then maybe the door could have been fixed prior but we won’t know. Since I can’t edit the comments I guess I’ll leave a mediocre review

One of the office managers called and helped me resolve the issue as well as took off the late charge. Her kindness helped my growing headache lol.. I have recently vacated my storage unit and the Midway team were kind and helpful even though I reserved the wrong size truck.
