Make sure the vehicles are maintained. The steering/alignment was a nightmare! Not to mention you need to bleed the brakes on the truck I used. For the rates you charge and your expectations on how the vehicles should be returned, you should in turn do for your customers! We need a safe vehicle, and that truck was NOT!!MARISOL C.
The staff was very professional and they helped me while I picked up the trailor and also when I returned the trailor. What confused me is the sign on the door requiring masks due to COVID . In the morning only one out of the three employees I saw were wearing masks. If that's fine please take the signs off the door.JUAN C.

Train your employees to follow protocols. The employee never came out to the parking lot to inspect the vehicle before I left the premises. I had to walk back in to notify them that the front fender was damaged. The employee told me we put stickers on the damage but they don't have any more stickers. I said why isn't that documented in the contract? Then when I returned another employee implied that I didn't return the dolly mounted in the truck. The truck was never supplied with a dolly and no employee checked it before I left. I tried the online registry which was a terrible experience. I preregistered on Wednesday for a Friday pick up which your employee failed to tell me they need to contact two friends and an employer which should have been done Wednesday. This was absurd that all this had to be verified when my expectation was it just a quick pick up. I wouldn't recommend U-HaulMICHAEL B.

I have rented from from the 4705 west 47th street location a few times plus have my propane tanks filled here all the time. You'll get great service at this location, the people are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment and vehicles are fairly new, very clean and dependable. I have rented a few vans +2 trailers from this location and every single time the process here has been super quick so you can be on your way. I highly recommend this location. I was very impressed with the rep Maria Menendez who helped me and made the process smooth and efficient. She also helped me choose the Insurance Coverage and to understand the need for it. Everything was awful. I truly hope not all locations are the same. From customer service to the equipment, everything was truly unsettling. I'm glad to have received this survey. The van had a major spill in the back. We didn't know it until we started to load up the van. I didn't want my NEW ITEMS to get stained, dirty, or soaked... so I had to grab me oldest rug and place it over the large spill. We of course threw those out to the trash after we concluded the move. When we arrived, we informed the worker about the van being filthy from the back... instead of apologizing they CHARGED US $25!!! We ARE VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY and upset about this situation. WILL DEFINITELY ADVICE PEOPLE FROM MY LOCAL AREA TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!BERTHA S.
