We had a great experience especially under the horrible situation we are in. I do hope that UHAUL takes care of their employees. Although we were happy you all were open I do think that shorter hours or cutting days during this epidemic should be considered. Your front line employees smiled and greeted customers. Clean snow from bed of pick up
This is my 3rd time using this location @ 4705 W. 47th st. I was able to make the rental online and pick it up when needed just a few hours later. The clerks were very helpful, friendly & professional. Truck drove great and was in good condition. Overall experience was pleasant and hassle free. Will definitely use again when needed.
I had a great experience using this U-Haul location, I booked online, next day went to pick up and in about 5 minutes I was on my way. Very friendly and professional staff. I would definitely use this location again, drop off was also quick and easy.
The website couldnâ€™t locate me on site. Tried multiple times to Self check in the return of the vehicle to avoid the extra $20 dollar charge but kept getting same alert. â€œWeâ€™re unable to determine your location.â€ So I was charged the extra $20.00
Have clearer instructions for picking up mobile reservations and have more representatives on hand to assist customers. Your website needs updating.
Clean reliable equipment great service
I did experience some trouble with the tow dolly I rented. Thr left tail light bracket suffered a failure and departed from the fender. This, while traveling on an interstate highway. The cause of the failure was due to all the aluminum rivets that secure the bracket to the fender breaking. From my personal experience of installing many thousands of these type rivets, I determined that the improper length rivet was used in the assembly process. I could tell that a 1/4-42 rivet was used, whereas a 1/4-44 would have been more appropiate,or at minimum 1/4-43s. Personally I would use stainless steel rivets, but understand the use of aluminum for ease of repair.
Auto transport I rented had loose lug nuts on all 4 wheels. When I returned the equipment I tried to tell the representative about the issue and she dissregard me and replied "um ok" then told the other person of this serious issue he said "sorry thats not our problem we cant touch it and uhaul wont look at it till something happens on the road" I took photos of the residue trails around the lug nuts on all 4 wheels a tell tail sign of loose lugs as a semi truck driver I spotted this right away. But someone with out this knowledge wouldn't know till a wheel came off while driving probably causing a wreck.

I had a bad experience this last time. Although I gave used this facility many times, I didnt like the fact that they failed to inform me of the new procedures for returning rented trucks. I was charged $20 and I was never told about the new procedure. I believe that the company should give the customer a heads up on any new changes to the policy.
From beginning to end, customer service was excellent. Quick pick up, drop off, clean equipment, very professional and pleasant reps.
The trailer got a flat tire and road side assistance took two hrs to show up . Temps were in the single digits with kids in the truck made for a very stressful time
I waited over 20 min to return the dolly I rented back. It was not due to any long lines of customers waiting to be serviced, it was due to employees not being present at the front desk. It appears they were cleaning their own storage units they had the facility which is not right since it was on company's time. One customer had to actually go in back to where the storage units were to get the customer service reps of that store.
La mujer que nos rento la camioneta fue muy amable y nos informo bien de cÃ³mo regresarlo es el motivo que doy 5 estrellas. Pero ala hora de regresar el camion llegue 10 min antes de las 7 y la tienda estaba cerrada avÃa dos empleadas adentro y no prestaban atenciÃ³n a que tocaba la puerta y despuÃ©s de todo me atendieron por el buzÃ³n y me dijeron que cerraban alas 6:50 Ali quÃ© yo respondÃ que cual era la razÃ³n si en la puerta estÃ¡ el horario de las 7 me cerraron el buzÃ³n y fueron groseras me gustarÃa que un manager pusiera atenciÃ³n en eso e informarÃ¡ AlÃ³s clientes la hora exacta de cerrar gracias
