i asked 2 times for a dolly never received it....was told the gas was on 1/8 tank it was empty.....the truck kept stalling out and had a hard time getting it started EVERYTIME I started it....when putting gas in you have to drive it before it will even register...needless to say I picked it up on E and returned it on 1/4 tankCHRISTINE H.

Contacted UHaul yesterday via FB about a rental. I specifically asked if there were additional fees for dropping off in Tulsa, where I'm moving to. They specifically said no. I made the rental and somewhere in the fine print it said I had to return to Midwest City. Not only was I charged the return mileage, I was charged DOUBLE return mileage. I feel I was lied to. I am so angry with UHaul and I hope nobody I know uses them. I wish they were up front with me instead of deceptive. The lady on the phone at the Midwest City UHaul was very polite in saying it didn't matter what I was told.Steven P.

My main complaint is that we did not know about the after hours self assessment of our vehicle. We had already turned in our keys before we began the assessment, which we only knew about because of a text we got about five minutes after we left with the truck. We were unable to get the location to work on our internet for a while and then we're unable to give accurate pictures or details of the vehicle because we had already turned in our keys. We also had extra charges we were unaware of. Some more communication would have been niceGARRETT S.
I get that the price on the side of the trucks is to get people in to the store, but when the rental fees are just as much as the base cost, and then mileage is more than $1/mile, the $19 rental suddenly becomes $100. I'll probably go elsewhere next time.MATTHEW W.

Lady delivering and picking up U-boxes was excellent. Only complaint is cost, I don't think all the charges are adequately quoted on-line, due to picking up the boxes for delivery to new address. Cost was double what I was expecting, due to cost would probably not use them again but would rent a truck.Karen V.

The location only had one worker behind the counter at pickup. I had already did everything online but had to wait 30 minutes before I could get my rental. Second I asked him how to return after hours and he said just drop the trailer at the side of the building which I did. He didnt explain that I needed to check it in online to avoid a twenty dollar check in charge.Alan L.

There needs to be more people on the floor. There was only one or no one is n the floor then you're waiting about 10 minutes or longer. Also there should be help to move the seats being adjusted because with I'm really short so I had to move the seat. I had to go back in to see if it was working right. I had to wait about 15 mins for any one else to come from the back. To move the seat for me. The worker was like that with these types of uhauls they get stuck and you couldn't move it. But be side that. The customer service was good. But once I finally got helped it was like an in and out.jermara M.

When a customer calls and emails the manager about a charge discrepancy and two weeks later still haven't heard from him. I provided photos with the charge as to why I shouldn't have been billed extra. Not good customer service at all.MARKEISHA C.

You would think the vans would be cleaned and wiped down especially while this covid pandemic is going on but my van was dusty and something sticky running down the cup holder. I had to go to my car and get wipes to wipe Y'all van down! Also the guys dont keep up with customers to help next waiting, they do not greet you coming in because they are " soooo busy" but are having unnecessary conversations with each other instead of helping customers! This the second time this has happened to us at this location!!!No one ask if they can help you, they just look at you like toure some kind of exhibit in a zoo! Just plain out rude! People spend alot of money with you guys, i know i do and to be treated like this is unacceptable and unforgiving! Get it together for petes sake! Just sad!!!VERONICA O.

The lady at the call center was not clear on all of the rental details. I was not told that I had to go to the location to finalize the rental. I was not told that I had to use a certain lock. I was not told that my unit was upstairs. I am not able to navigate stairs very well. After a day of packing, I was very upset to learn that the only remaining unit of the size I rented was upstairs!! I had no choice at that point but to keep the unit.
