We were charged $75 for half a day and according to our text and email, it was due at 2pm. We picked up after 12pm and returned before 2pm. We feel that the price was too high for the short time we had it. Other than that we had a wonderful experience. But would look at other cheaper options in future.

After going to pickup reserved truck I was told to go to another location. I purchased both insurances and had to pay out of pocket for a tow that was in total 10 feet (extra $400)! and fee to clean!

The truck had a terrible fish smell in the back, and pieces of fish on the wall. Despite saying I was transporting a motorcycle, I was upsold to a box truck instead of a motorcycle trailer, it was my mistake to go along because the bike ended up falling off the steep ramp damaging it badly, I'll take blame for that, but what I don't get is why I was charged for the crappy fish smell, I DID NOT HAUL FISH.

The app is terrible. Thirty-five minutes to check out? "Oh, iPhones don't work so well". Stand outside-maybe the app will find you. Here use mine. Pictures didn't show all damage and are tiny to look at. Tried to add another photo and it said something to the effect of "No more uploads allowed". Sticky stuff on inside middle seat.

We were charged unreasonable fees and an extra day with no notice or even a call. I returned my trailer when the location was closed and backed it in perfectly in front of the camera. I WORKED for U-Haul for 5 years! I know these fees are not normal and certainly not acceptable. I now need to take time out of my day after a week off work for the holidays to deal with this... Rented for one day, called and kept for a second day. There is no AFTER HOURS fee, I rented out 15 trucks a day and 90% of them came in AFTER HOURS. This is normal and expected, why would it matter if the truck is returned when the office is closed. I cant imagine you would rather EVERYONE show up at 8:00 AM on the dot trying to return trucks while you have all of your morning rentals also waiting. Very disappointing...

While the UHaul App was mentioned to me as an alternative to check my truck back in after hours, I was NOT told that it would be a $21 penalty if I didn't use the app. I am hoping to get a refund for this and am waiting to hear back from the general manager of that site.

Please make sure your vans are sealed correctly. A leak ruined one of the boxes and soaked through to my wedding dress.

Clean storage unit with easy access to it. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked that I got to pick the size I wanted for my free monthly rental. I would use Uhaul again for my storage.

This is my fourth move with U Haul, and the first time that nothing went wrong. Unlike other times, the location had my truck (I didn't have to wait) the dolly was in good working order (no flat tire). I would highly recommend this location.

the folks here were real nice; truck was nice, clean, in very good condition, easy to use, ... I will be using UHaul and this specific location again.

The actual uhaul dealerships are actually cool. Its the contracted dealers like 401 auto repair and private uhaul places that are shady. Always go to a real uhaul dealership where they do things the right way and NOT make up their own rules on how to loop-hole you for your money.

Yolanda at the Millbrook location went above and beyond in rectifying my reservation issue. I tried unsuccessfully to pick a truck at another location where the lock would not open and was sent to Millbrook to pick up a rrplacement truck. Yolanda got me in and out of there quickly so i could meet my movers on time. She was fantastic and a valuable asset to Uhaul!!!!!

Allow online customer to put in another credit card without timing them out and having to restart. At least give morw than one attempt. I ended up having to go inside anyway to complete my transaction. Otherthan tjat tjw black female representative was absoulutely great. Forgot her name. Her customer service was outstanding.

Afro-America man was incompetent on computer. Took 20-25 minutes to handle my tow dolly order. Finally had to get woman to do order. Man was rude when I asked what the problem was. I used this location once before without problems. This customer service today was a joke. Woman was very polite and knew the system well.

Severely understaffed. Waited in line for a really long time since only one person was working in the morning which seemed like a popular drop off time. Then I was told to take the trailer off myself. As I was doing that I was told to stop what I was doing and that it would be more convenient for them if I drove to the spot they would take it to. Back it in myself with no help and then take it off myself with no help. So I did. Then I get a text close to 10 saying my equipment wasn’t there and that I could be penalized if it doesn’t arrive. I had to call to say it was already there and to please check that I wasn’t interested in another charge after doing everything that morning.

The manager at this location is simply amazing. This is our third time moving and every time she makes a bad situation better.

I reserved via the online system. When I arrived the staff did not want to help me once they found out I had reserved online. The online system is a joke. If they need a secondary form of identification then they should ask for it before I get to the location. I own my home, so no lease. I’m self employed, so no employer.... and I left my passport in a secure place AT MY HOME. This was ridiculous- it took me 25 minutes to get my van and then the system still wanted me to return it in the original 3 hour window instead of adjusting for your delay. I tried to cancel online and again the staff would not allow it. Horrible experience. The location was good and the van was new and clean.
