The drop off process was wonderful. The pick up process was a little bumpy. There should be a disclaimer to change location finder in an iPhone to whenever using safari. Also, there were so many questions to answer and back and forths. These should've been done before getting to the location. It seemed like in the email all you had to do was log into your account to pick the truck up, but it was much more than that.

When I received the truck it was dirty and there was plastic bottles and when I open the truck it was very dirty and gas was below the half I had to full it and I also was disrespected by the guy who check me out and he made me wait for more than 45min ...supposedly told me told that it was a $100 deposit but that was a lie he did not explain to me well ....I'm super disappointed .... hope they better their customers service

It was disappointing the location didn't have the 6 blankets I ordered days in advance. Luckily I brought a sheet with me or my furniture would have been ruined. If I had known in advance they didn't have the blankets, I would have brought more.

Very helpful, accommodating employee who checked me in and then, even after closing hours, assisted me in returning my 6hr rental into the proper location. Nice fellow. Well lit facility ... I totally appreciated this as I was very concerned about returning trailer in the dark hours after 7pm. I felt safe. And price for rental was reasonable.

Person checking me out did not have a mask and was eating at his desk. In addition, he did not know how to check me out and the lady beside me having the same issue with another representative that could not check her out and did not have his mask on. Really upsetting considering a family member of mine passed from COVID.

I'm very big on customer service. When entering for pick up and drop off I wasn't greeted. While checking out things wasn't explained to me in detail promoting me to call customer service. While dropping off, I had to fight for my truck to get checked in so it can be accounted for at its 5:30pm drop off time. There was more than one employee working with a line of waiting customers, no one chose to step up and take care of customers.

It took us over 30 minutes to pick up the U-Haul truck, even though we had already reserved the truck and entered information online. The woman behind the counter worked hard and was efficient, but there needed to be either more staff, or a way to do more of the process online. Other than the long wait to pick up the truck, the rest of the process went smoothly.

After all the troubles I had with my rental due to lack of communication, the prick of a manager at the 1702 mechanical blvd Garner, NC who needs to learn basic customer service skills and 3 calls to customer service and still have not had all of my issues resolved I will most likely look for a different equipment provider in the future. I had much higher expectations expectations for U-Haul

Please tell me how I turn in a vehicle on September 11th then just get a copy of my receipt two weeks later, owed a refund, still have not received it and was alerted from my cc company that you tried to charge me an extra 106.00 the day I turned it in. I'll wait.

Ensure that there is ample gas to get person from point A to B when possible to avoid having to stop for gas and trying to gauge how much gas it will take to complete the journey and return with the same amount of gas as when you picked it up. I always liked the pick it up full and return it full method. Easier to do with no calculation needed.
