Ladies in the office were very organized and helpful. Truck was available on time and everything worked fine. Only had to use six out of the dozen reserved moving pads so we only had to pay for six. Appreciate that!

Too expensive, not doing this again unless absolutely necessary. It's a rip off we barely used it for two days AND returned it early and didn't get any money back but they charged more for a couple of miles. Just money hungry I guess...

I had a 9 hour drive with the truck. Everyone has a smart phone now and I was using my GPS on mine. There was no USB port to keep my phone charged and so I brought my charger that fits into a cigarette lighter. The cigarette lighter was busted on the truck.

Great overall experience. Loved it. Much better than the experience I had on capital blvd. last Sunday on September 30. The capital location, by ihop, has some rude employees and im not the only one who felt that way. Other customers complained about their treatment there.

To no fault of the employees there was not another truck to rent for a few hours. They seem to clean all the trucks that come in. They were so nice. But the truck a received did not shift properly. But it made it to Florida so that's a plus. If not for the employees at this location this would have been a TOTAL nightmare. Mechanically Uhaul trucks are horrible.

The customer service and software was awful. I wish the attendants at the pick up site had explained in more detail and were better trained in the issue we were having. It caused us to be late for our movers which I had ordered, even though I had pre-paid for the truck. While they two agents were not rude, they also were not communicative when it came to explaining what sort of problem they were having nor were they explaining to us how they were trying to resolve the issue. It took an hour to get the keys to the stupid truck and a lot of that was done in silence. Please work on actually improving your software so these issues don't arise in the first place. Improve your employee training when issues do arise. And make sure you instill customer service into your desk agents.

Was rude on arrival. She asked was an email ok I answered originally yes then instantly asked was a printout option available. She tends rolled her eyes and stormed out to check the vehicle. As she returned she seemed to be more relaxed and cooler. Must have needed air.

My experience was frustrating but it came together. I had made my reservation eight days in advance at the Commercial Street location. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told that they did not have any. That a phone call that should have been made HOURS, not MINUTES before I was scheduled to pick up. Ultimately, Curtis at the front desk was able to locate another truck, but it added an unexpected hour and 17 miles onto my schedule because it was on a different part of town. The move was made and it all worked out, but had they not been able to locate a truck, you would be hearing from a significantly unhappier individual.
