There was no one in the building when I got there, yet it was open. As I was calling the phone number from inside the building, someone finally showed up and asked it I'd set up for remote pick up or person-to-person. I didn't recall being asked that when I made the reservation online. She kind of rolled her eyes and was not very helpful nor courteous. This was the best experience I've ever had using Uhaul rentals throughout my years of using Uhaul. Ernest Hymond was the most professional, courteous and attentive representative I've ever come across. To ensure that there was no wait he multitasked to ensure everyone received excellent service. After returning my vehicle, I was charged an additional $12.17. When I called and asked what the charges were for, I was told my estimated miles were 4 miles less than the actual miles. That difference (@.59/mile) should have amounted to $2.36...not 12.17. When I asked what the difference was, I was told I was being charged for gas. When I told them I purchased gas and the fuel needle was exactly where it was when I took the vehicle out, I was asked if I had a photo of where the needle was. What???? I wasn't told I had to take a picture of the needle position! Do you have a picture of where the needle was when I took it out??? If you do, then it would show the needle DIDN'T MOVE!!! I have contacted my bank and told them I am disputing the entire charge. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN....are you trying to cheat me out of additional money??? My initial charge of $29.80 became $42 with these bogus additional charges!!!Gregory J.

My only issue is that each time I rent from here, something is wrong with the final bill. With this rental, I was charged $30 or gas refill when I returned the truck with the gas level at exactly where the gauge was when I picked it up. I always have to look closely at the bill as something has been wrong both times. Last time, the mileage was incorrect and I was greatly overcharged. I had to call to explain today and thankfully I did the check out through the app where I had to take a pic of the gas gauge when I picked the vehicle up. No disputing that. Provide the correct vehicle: Truck reserved vs truck provided did not match. Both mileage out and gas level in truck did NOT match paperwork - we learned upon check-in we were given larger truck 20' instead of 15' (as requested). That you have to do it from the location as it doesn't work if you wait to get home after you dropped it off and you will be hit with more charges if you don't. Kamesha was helpful and efficient and had me on my way and on task in short order on both pickup and return. I am always annoyed by the dolly or pads or whatever add-on I haven't asked for zip-tied inside the door of the cargo area, taking up space I paid for and generally getting in the way throughout my use of the equipment. Maybe next time I will remember to ask for it to be removed before I drive away, or better yet, maybe someone won't put it there in the first place.Anthony G.

The first trip to the on-site at Atlantic took about two hours of waiting as the young lady didn’t know how to complete my requests. Very frustrating so I left and took care of it online. She was pleasant but very distracted with everything else going on and not handling the person in front of her. Other people walked out, too.
