I asked to rent a dolly and was told by the representative that there were none to rent. I went out of my way and purchased one just to find out at my destination that there was a dolly for rent in the back of the truck I rented. I believe I should've been told that the trucks come equipped with dollys for rent.GULESER B.
I had a pickup truck reserved for 12:30 pm. I got to the store around 11:40am. The clerk had just rented the truck to another customer. She assured me that it would be back by 12:30. I actual did not get the vehicle until 1:15. The I was told I had to get back to the store by 6 pm. This caused some high stress since I was delayed 45 minutes. When I returned the truck at 6 pm the store was open but no one was minding the store. Not knowing what else to do I left the key on the cash register desk. The whole experience is not what I call good customer service.MARK C.

We had to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. The representative kept taking phone calls instead of helping us. Truck was very scratched, very dented, and took multiple pictures of it. When returning the truck, we waited in a very long of returns. Only one person checking everyone in. I went in to see how long we would be there and was ignored by the same employee from the day before and was rudely told to go outside and wait. This whole rental was very unprofessional to say the least.STACEY P.
The individual locations were terrific, but communicating with U Haul national was a nightmare. It took hours to get through on the phone, but once through, the problem was solved in less than a minute. The company problem is obvious.BILLIE K.
Would recommend the location but rather irritated that I returned the truck with more fuel in it than when I got it and yet I was charged a fuel charge. Also, I think going inside in person would have been more efficient than online.Brandi B.

I visited this location twice in the past week. The store was busy both days. With this being said, the store manager, Gina was extremely helpful on both occasions. I will return to this location every time I need to rent a truck.Montry W.
Gina is NOT a people person. She was rude and short with me and even rude to one of her co-workers infront of me and some other customers. I was asking her for a quote. She literally rolled her eye at me for asking a price before I decided. She was trying to add rental insurance and STILL hadn't given me a quote. She was trying to run a card and everything. Once I booked it, I was very clear that I only needed the car dolly for a few hours. I completely understand that 24 hrs was the minimum. When i returned it a few hours later, they tried to charge me for 2 days because that's how Gina wrote it up. She's unpleasant to say the least. I never answer questions about my experience, but I had to because I was so put off by the experience.MYLES A.
Everything was top notch. The staff was courteous and professional. The equipment was well maintained and clean. The store was very neat and organized. The location is very easy to access. While some of the storage units are still being constructed, it appears they are sturdy and weather tight. Keep up the good work.DANIEL E.

Trailer pulled very poorly. Tow weight was approximately 1000 lbs with 60/40 weight distribution. Trailer fishtailed and had a wobble. Returned trailer at least 30 hours early and did not receive a prorate.JASON T.

The information given to me when renting the storage unit was incorrect. I was told construction would be done within the month, that was five months ago in the facility is still under construction. Doors were consistently propped open, no consistency in parking area where to load and unload, and the last time we visited the main garage door closed on my dad's vehicle. The rep who assisted me had impeccable customer service skills. She went well above and beyond what would have been required or expected in getting my trailer. She even went as far as to find a fuse for me because my tow light fuse had blown. She was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. I was interested in possibly renting a storage facility along with the truck I rented. But the mobile pickup feature didn't work for the truck and the staff seemed more interested in discussing their lives with each other than talking with me about a unit.MATTHEW F.

Customer service needs to be better. I was charged an extra fee for not filling up the van to the exact amount. I filled it up to the count that I drove off the lot. Additionally there was nobody at the counter to return the van. I waited for a while till someone showed up.DABNEY L.
Construction was being done the whole time I had a unit. Scaffolding and other large pieces of equipment were being "stored" in front of my unit. There were many other places the construction equipment could be stored. When unit was assigned, the manager advised my unit was in a prime location, yet it wasn't. It was far from the multiple entrances. Also, when setting up the unit, I asked for specific persons to be added as ACCESS and I gave the two names. The manager added them as CONTACT which did not give them access. This was an easy fix of course - I went online and added them myself. Then, the manager lied to my son and said I never asked to add access people to the contract. I will never do business with this facility as long as this unprofessional manager is in charge of it. When setting up the unit, the manager had many phone calls and employee interruptions. She should have focused on the customer, period.pageo w. | Overall Experience

Also most importantly, the hitch was not tighter at all on the ball and came off before I even made it out of the parking lot. Wasn't even hand tight. This is the only job the individual had and he failed to do it properly. Luckily it did not cause damage as I was at a very low speed.Brett B.

This was not my original location. Originally I had a 15 foot truck from the dog mouth location and somehow it was gone when I got there at my scheduled time of 930. The lady at the desk said it was double booked...... how that happens I do not know. If I wanted the next size up, I'd have to pay significantly more since it would be a 26 ft truck. She was great in calling the lot on highway 90 and was very pleasant as were the employees at the highway 90 location. The fact that I had to pay almost twice as much for a truck because the system messed up was unacceptable. I had a limited window to get myself and my son out of his father's house while he was at work to avoid complications and had to have all of my friends pack their cars with things because the 10 ft truck was too small. Bottom line is the people we EXCELLENT, the system and rental was unacceptable.KRISTIN L.

The manager was great very friendly but service was poor I had to wait on someone to get trained on computer which wasn’t too too long but was in hurry to get home and finish packing bc I had to have my stuff back by 5 pm on a Wednesday the Manager was kind enough to let me unload a little earlier thank goodness bc they were waxing floors also not many entrances for u to pull up to unload stuff and not enough 5x10’s I had to use 2 separate storages which thankfully was across from one another so it worked out okay got in trouble for pulling into the garage too long we hadn’t had but like 10 mins and didn’t have everything unloaded yet and had to move vehicles out to parking lot also got in trouble 3 mins later for using too many dollies which only reason we had so many is Bc we had to unload stuff to move vehicles so I had to hurry and unload the dollies while pregnant so I could free them up to put back in garage while my help was moving stuff to and from vehicles in parking lot so it was a bit of a mess and I’m completely exhausted I honestly was scared at one point that I was having a miscarriage from putting my kitchen table into a 5x10 storage by myself which was half way full of stuff already so yeah it wasn’t the best experience I was actually excited about going there bc it’s the newest one around but there’s no way to get in at the moment without contacting the office and having them open the garage door supposed to be getting fixed soon and the hours suck as well Right now hopefully they will stay opened later sooner! But I’m normally not a complainer but yesterday was the worst but once again the lady’s in office was extremely sweet and helpful!Crystal G. | First Impressions

they lied about the cost of the small unit said it was just under 78 a month and then went to pay for the month and it was right at 100 for the unit from where they added all kinds of things that went with the rental and would not subtract the items that was not needed or wanted said it was policies. Then when trying to go to unit had to get them to unlock the doors and they would unlock the ones at the opposite end of where my unit was which made for a extra long walk to move everything out.
