The outside of the truck was all dirty the windshield was dirty and front end need a ball joint's you go about 45-50 miles per hour and starts pulling to the right

I have never had so much trouble picking up a reservation in my life. Not only was I sent around town to two different locations because the original place didn't do “one way” trucks, but the second location where I got the truck had no idea about my reservation, or my equipment needs, all of it which I payed for in advance. I had to swap out the truck twice due to the cab being unacceptable (the literal Cab liner was falling in), and my order took over an hour to rearrange since no one could figure out how to reimburse the difference to my card from my paid in full reservation. Really disorganized, really unhappy, and I was told “yea, unfortunately this happens all the time”. Then fix the system! Obviously it's flawed!

Ordered hitch install and all tow items. Didn't receive or be charged for the hitch and ball. Then was told a drop for my minivan was correct when I should have gotten a drop. Trailer was hooked up incorrectly. On first bump, the trailer bounced off the hitch and one of the safety chains fell off. Thankfully I noticed. The trailer ended up lodged under the hitch so I was able to"guide it" to the side of the road and avoid any damage.

I rented a storage unit because I thought I was going to need it for a few months. Turns out I didn’t. I only used it for 4 days however I was informed I would not get a refund for the unused days. This is very disappointing and poor customer service seeing that I paid $154 for 4 days. I will be contacting the store manager and/or corporate today.

When I finally returned the truck the sign said “Please remain in your vehicle and a member will be with you durning business hours.” So I waited for someone to come out. After a while it was obvious no one was coming so I went inside, and there were staff members just sitting around doing nothing. Overall a terrible experience, and I will not be recommending any Uhaul to anyone.

Would have been 5 stars but for some reason, you do not give prorated monthly bill back. I just paid my bill on the 3rd and the turned unit back in on the 9th. For 6 days, I got charged the whole amount.

They were nice, however I had chosen when I reserved the truck online to do a phone check in. When I left my house that morning I forgot my phone so they had to do the counter check in. I was told the truck had a full tank, I did not check it when I got inside the vehicle. I drove 7 miles to my location and when I looked down I saw it was already down almost a quarter of a tank! When I returned the truck later that night I was able to do the return by my phone and found that the truck actually did not have a full tank on the fuel gauge when I rented it, but I returned it is full since I was told to do so. I know that my 60 miles that I drove did not require 14 gallons of gas, which is what I had to put in it to get it a full.

I got and estimated 70 miles then when the contract was printed out they only did 60 miles well in fact I only did 48 miles and they charged me more than the original agreement contract they were supposed to call me so we could discuss it and I have never gotten a call and my review is if there's extra charges unknown it needs to be known and stated at rental it doesn't need to be added afterwards because it's very confusing is to why it was only going to be $70 for 70 miles I only go 48 mi and it cost me over $100 it's very confusing and needs to be addressed but yet no phone call!!

The only thing I would suggest is to verify the vehicle. When I made the reservation I said the truck was a GMC Sierra and my contract reflects different. Had there been an accident I would have been responsible to pay for the trailer due to not having the correct vehicle listed on contract. Other than that location was clean and staff was quick and friendly. Good job y'all!

I reserved a 15 foot truck with a utility dolly. I needed a truck from Jay, FL; however they didn't have one available when I was reserving it. So I changed the date to Sunday and reserved the truck from Milton, FL because they said they had the 15 ft truck available. When I went to pick up the truck, my order was changed to a 26 foot truck which cost a heck of a lot in gas on top of the extra militate due to having to go from Milton, to Jay, and then to Crestview, FL. When asked for the utility dolly I reserved, they stated they didn't have a utility dolly available except the one “for show”. Btw, I reserved the truck and dolly a week prior to the date of pickup so this wasn't a rush reservation or pick up. Anyway, We did not need such a big truck so my things slid around in the truck crushing some of my things because there was too much empty space. When asked for some extra mileage and/or assistance the worker spoke to the manager on duty and he/she was not accommodating at all. He/She didn't even come speak to me! I would not recommend this location at all!! I would; however, recommend calling the 1-800 number if you have any issues with uhaul, for they assisted me and they were very helpful! Since January 2022, I believe I have rented 3-4 or more trucks under the names Susan Burden/Susan Day (got married) and I NEVER had an issue like this!

Staff was polite but understaffed on a Saturday. I tried to call twice and was left on hold for 12 min first time 5 second time before I gave up both times. I ordered a pickup and a dolly, neither there so I took the van which was fine but no dolly available. I would've been screwed if my neighbor hadn't lent me one.

The truck was clean and the facility was great, but the a/c on the truck continuously cut out during the drive which left the older guys driving the truck very uncomfortable. This made them change their anticipated route which then caused them to be charged with mileage overage. We would like to see a discount applied for this rather large inconvenience.

The Low tire w warning light was on the whole time. When I got back and told the kid he informed me that their valves are defective at the time. Which meant that that vehicle should not have been on the road because if it wasn't defective and it was for real there would've been a problem. My big issue with them was the fact that I could not get a printed copy of my receipt. I am having trouble getting a copy through the email system because I have to go back out and get the code that was sent so I can access it and by the time I come back the code has expired. What kind of place does not have a printer that will print out. Not all of us seniors are tech savvy and can get the stuff done off of our phone. At times he seemed a little rude and annoyed with me.

It was confusing to know which location (Pace or Milton) was the correct p/u location. The confirmation paperwork indicated that Pace was the right one...but it wasn't. Also - the Milton office's printer wasn't working, so I couldn't get a printed copy of the contract until I was able to locate a printer at a relative's house. Otherwise, it was OK.

Ubox has been by far the worst moving experience that I have ever had. The staff at this location often did not know when or where my box was going to ship and would lie to me when asked. I never received email or text copies of my contract as requested and was unable to add my reservation to my uhaul account. I will not be using Ubox again.

I had 2 items in storage that got green mold and gray mold on them because the unit leaked in one corner near the door. The table and antique suitcase are ruined. I have to file a claim,but doing that is a nightmare. The value of the items was approx$1000

Check tires on towing equipment. The auto transport I rented had one tire with no tread. Less than 1/32 on the inside of the tire and about 2/32 on the outside of tire. It was the only auto transport they had available, so they should have installed new tire before releasing unit. Also, the toe down straps and ratchets needed to be replaced, but had some life left in them.

CONS: I don't like that I can't get into my indoor storage unit until the office opens. I don't like that there are only two indoor garage parking spaces and only a few carts on wheels. If the garage is full of cars, you have to wait until people leave and who knows how long they'll stay. There are dozens of units behind the sliding doors once into the garage. It's convenient if you get to use it but not if you're sitting in your car waiting to get in and have to leave. I really do love the garages but it's just not convenient. The business model is horrible. Once you are in the garages, if someone else is using the carts, you've gotta wait for those too. PROS: I like that there was a dumpster to dump things in that I didn't want to keep. I like that maintenance crew was immediately there checking on things when someone did come into the garages. It felt safe. I like that the bathrooms were always kept clean no matter when I came. I loved the price for the 5x5 that I had. CONCLUSION: I'm glad that this was my last experience with storage units. I'm pretty much done with them. With recession/inflation now, what I paid for a unit, pays a bill, so I can use the freed up money. Thanks for the time I had there. It really was almost perfect.

I was told at first loc that since I wasn't sure of location for drop off, they'd put it in their notes. When I went to drop it off , there was no one in office. Eventually we searched lot to find 1 man sitting inside a truck with it running. He looked at paper and refused to take it saying it wasn't the "right uhaul location and he wasn't taking it" very rude. Very unprofessional. Actually mean at the point of getting the paper. Like we were bothering him, by asking him to do something.

The person working when we picked up the trailer we had reserved made a big deal about making sure we clean it before returning it if we didn't want to be charged the extra fee for them to do it, but when we got home to load it up the entire floor was full of sand and trash from the last person who had rented it, but I swept it, and was over being upset about it by the time we went to return the trailer. We rented it from 9:59am to 815pm on a Saturday. Come Sunday I get an email receipt for double what the price was supposed to be. Those people didn't bother checking it in till after 2pm Sunday, saying that we didn't return it till then. After being on hold for 30 minutes we were finally told that we'd get a refund of the 2nd days amount in 3-5 days. I get mistakes happen but these were caused by pure laziness. I don't suggest going to this location.

The computer systems were down for about 15 minutes then very slow after that. Customer service was at best average. I drove my vehicle and about a mile away I had to turn back due to a tire pressure warning light. Tire was very low 21PSI. U-Haul should really check their vehicles before renting them out.

I made a reservation online for a storage unit and vehicle pick up several days in advance. I was under the impression I reserved a specific dimension for the unit and a specific size truck. When I checked in, however, I was told that both the unit and truck sizes I had reserved were unavailable. This left me wondering what the point of a reservation was since it did not guarantee me the sizing options that I desired.

Fantastic, what i thought would be a big problem was handled by Jordan perfectly, She fixed it fast with my total satisfaction!!! Facility and staff were always very help every time i have been in, which this has been alot this year. Storage facility was great. The 20ft box truck we rented from Orlando vibrated at 50 MPH and turned a 7 hour trip to a 9 hour trip. Very nerve racking. The truck TT 5375K needs to be put in for service immediately. Very disappointed with the truck rental aspect of UHAUL but need to make 1 more trip and hesitant to use UHAUL.

Did not use never checked in told them I could not use to far from the location I had reserved in Pensacola that did not have the unit for my reservation available. Was told that this always happens and they do not keep units for reservations and sent me to Milton. When I got there I realized it was to far and did not take the storage unit and let them know that at the office. There was no move in or out was never given a unit or unit number

I wanted to store my loaded 26 foot moving truck overnight in the parking lot awaiting my vehicle that was going to be loaded onto a car carrier. The car was going to be available the next morning, however the manager stated that it is against company policy to allow a loaded truck to be left, even for just one night. She indicated the policy was for "insurance purposes". What is the risk or exposure to UHaul? A simple hold harmless agreement could be signed relieving UHaul from all liability. This policy needs to be re-visited.

The access doors were nor clearly labeled employees only and the staff was not attentive to the buzzer to talk so I had to walk all the way to the office in order to get in. Not good when things are time sensitive and moving is physically exhausting
