How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was a wonderful experience. Every body was so nice to my whole family and what ever we needed they were very pleasant and were helpful. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect experience. Thanks
SHEILA W | First ImpressionsBest experience I’ve ever had with a Storage company.
ROBERT H | Overall ExperienceAfter many long and tiring days of towing a 6x12 cargo trailer for a long distance, I was very pleased with the super easy and seamless trailer return and storage unit move-in experience. I was very happy with the customer service, the employees were great!
Jennifer J | First ImpressionsWhen I rented a trailer in NC said I can get a month free n price lock! Very nice staff here in Milton FL.
Michelle j | Online Move InOutstanding!!
DAVID F | Overall ExperienceWe've used different storage facilities over the years. This was by far the BEST.
ELLIOTT R | Overall ExperienceHighly recommend! Staff and facilities are great.
GEORGIANA S | Overall ExperienceVery large building. Numbering system for the small units doesn't make sense. Took several minutes to find our unit on the map, even then a while longer to actually find it . Then there was a tie strap secured to the lock that I had to break bare handed because I didn't bring a knife or box cutter. No one at the front desk mentioned that. Other than that, nice clean place.
Richard B | Online Move InJada and Hannah were such a wonderful help in securing our storage unit. Hannah made the check in process fast and very easy!
SANDRA A | First ImpressionsFree first month is why I chose uhaul storage
