Christopher S. | First ImpressionsOverall, the staff is wonderfully helpful and available. They are problem solvers. This location is consistently excellent. Two issues with the experience: The truck had a sticky floor in places. Also, and more disturbing, the 10 furniture pads I thought I had reserved were not available. Apparently they are on a "first come first serve" basis. What does one do on a Saturday morning when family is coming from their homes in Michigan to help you move and you don't have what you need? This needs to be much clearer. We would have brought more options if we had known in advance. There are now a couple of scratched furniture pieces that would have been fine with pads. Thanks for asking. Give the staff 5 gold stars.

After leaving the driveway of the UHaul location the mirror faces the ground.. it did the same thing each time I pushed it back into place.. upon return of the vehicle I informed the employee of this issue … he did not seem to think it was important enough to write it down…

She failed to tell me that pick up area was closed on Memorial Day with no way to contact anyone at all. She didn't even mention the app. Thankfully the ladies mentioned above saved us! Angela K.Fix 02 sensor on truck, so no engine light. Also ordered 12 furniture pads, several weeks before move, however when I arrived none were available. Also not thrilled with your policy of sending truck out with a 1/4 tank of gas. What a goofy policy! You have to waste time putting gas in the truck and the truck I got wasn't at a 1/4 tank. I drove the truck 17 miles and 6 gallons of gas put back to 1/4 tank. Why not send out full and have it returned full?

Bruce B.I made a reservation almost three weeks before I needed the truck. Was sent a text the week of rental stating that no pick up truck would be available at my selected rental location but that one would be available 45 minutes away. I rented a dolly and it was not in my truck on pick up. The visor on the drivers side was broken. **The staff was very friendly and helpful, but I was disappointed about not being able to have my original rental.

Pamela T.Be timely and considerate of customers time. I made an appointment for 3pm to simply install wiring connecter for vehicle to trailer. This vehicle had a hitch but no hookup to trailer ( don't ask me wtf )! I was told it would take about half an hour , so I could wait if I wanted. I got there at 10 or 15 til 3 and they didn't start on it til 4:15 or so and that was just to appease me because they were still working in one they took in before me. I got out of there about 5:30. The time stamp on the receipt is about10 minutes before I got out of there in case you look it up…

Last Saturday the trailer I reserved on-line was not functional and my entire day was messed up and I was lucky I didn't lose my deposit on my purchased items I was picking up. Yesterday everything went fine, but I shouldn't have had to be there in the first place if they had working equipment. Ended up having to load up my purchase in the rain - unlike the previous Saturday. Should have at least gotten a discount for all the inconvenience...

Darin R.Parked truck inside overnight, had transmission fluid leak on floor next morning. Check engine light was on 70 percent of trip. Had seat belt alarm. Driver door had loud air noise on door seal, was difficult using my cell phone during trip. Not very happy with vehicle on trip.

Charging a $15 late fee one day after the due date and then a second $15 late fee 12 or 13 days later along with being sent a threatening email that there would be a $50 lien placed on the unit and the items sold to cover cost in my opinion is a bit harsh and for that reason I removed my items and closed out my unit and went to a different facility and will NOT recommend uhaul to anyone ever

I would suggest to whomever handles the website and online reservation to allow the location to add notes. I had lost my access code and didn't find out until move out that I could have obtained an access card.

I came out many times to bring stuff and then get stuff after I moved, maybe 1/5 times did it work. I was alone and have a disability so bringing the cart outside to load my car was not possible for me.

I phoned a few times to your hub which is selected by my internet connection, and each time I received a recording then my waiting time was 1 hour. If you had a computer programmer ("System Analyst") not an IT person designing this for you, you would have many many more customers. Where I work for 42 years, we did everything possible to answer the phones. If you don't answer the phone you're insulting the potential and present customers. I hope somebody tells the owners about this system.

Robert H. | First ImpressionsThe only downside was that I was told there was gas in the vehicle (like there usually is) and it needs to be brought back with the same amount. I have driven uhal several times and know the gas gage tends to be a bit wonky. So I drove about a block and a half and the gas guard was buried on E… so they got it returned with alot more fuel then I left the lot with. We also used the self storage facility. Was east and super clean. Although an alarm (really high pitched) goes off literally every time you walk through..

Not a huge problem for us but it would have been more convenient for Mom although we don’t think she will access without us.
