The main reason I took my stuff out of storage is I just couldn't afford it at this time. I already had to condense my stuff - take some out and put in my daughters garage - and move the rest to a smaller unit because of money. I only get one check a month and I have to pay bills etc and live on that money all month so fore and other people like me it is just hard to fit something extra into our alreafy stretched budget. But everything was great the staff were nice and very helpful the storage units were clean and well maintained etc. If I happen to need storage again I probably would come back to U-Haul unless I would find a place as good for less money. The only thing I didn't like as far as overall experience was I was given a price I thought was decent when I first moved in and a month later the rate went up and I wasn't too happy about that. Later on they ran a promotion that you could lock your rate in for a year but they had already raised my rate. I do think it might be just a bit expensive not quite as competitive with other prices of storage places.
