The truck I rented would not start up once we got loaded. That’s was not good. I got it from Manchester Tn. They also tried to give a lower mileage than what the odometer showed. Very bad experience in one day.

The manager John is great and easy to work with. I never had any issues with this facility. I moved out due to the high rates and moved and needed to reduce monthly expenses. I was there for over 5 years and had zero issues.

My over all view of uhaul storage was great .. they were always good to me ... I never had a problem getting in/out of storage unit.. Staff at this location were nice and respectful.. I recommend using uhaul for moving/storage......

Long story and not enough space to write it. I had to fix a problem that should have been done over 2 years ago. I had to make a special trip to the location and show documents to fix the problem correctly.

John and his assistant manager are awesome. They added to my experience as a transplant from Atlanta to Tennessee easy breezy ! John help me through every frustration in this moving process and so did the assistant manager when John wasn’t available. They always smile and its natural very accommodating team and the customer service is elite! Every U-Haul store she have clones of the two . Magnificent Service 🙌🏾‼️

Only gripe was that the 26 ft truck i rented had a really bad unbalanced front driver side tire that felt and sounded like a helicopter on the freeway, good thing the roads were dry. Besides that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, cool guys to work with.

Had to use the storage unit at 1. Then drive all the way across town to drop the truck off at another location made no sense. Tried to change it wanted to charge me I was already there with the truck it was clean and gassed up they were eating lunch the staff. Wouldn't help me just pushed me a long costing me money cuz I was late dropping it off very bad experience. Missed my ride back to my house had to walk nearly six miles. Never used U-Haul again

I rented the space online but when I got in the store, I was told that somebody else had already rented that space and was moving in on the same day I was suppose to. It took them almost 4 days to put my money back on my card

I will never rent with them. This is a scam. After talking to someone to set up a move out day and pay a settlement offer because I was effected by Covid. They continued to charge me for miscellaneous things Causing my bill to go up to a thousand dollars and tried to sell my items to get nothing and then tell me I still owe a thousand dollars.

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.
