I got charged a fee for not using the online return, but I tried and it didn't work. I tried calling, but I couldn't get through. I have kids to take care of, so I couldn't sit around all night, and I left the trailer there. I was told when I called early the next morning that I had to pay the fee even though it was their system that didn't work.

When I got into the rental truck there was a strong smell and I commented on it at the check out info on my phone app - I just want to say that the smell went away after I opened the windows. I believe the smell was the cleaner they used and I am quite pleased to know that such a thorough cleaning was done. THANK YOU!

When I booked I was to drop off at this location and I had a storage unit rented as well. When I called before I got there I didn't have a reservation in the system, even though I had an email with one. I booked the unit again on the phone, and then at the location they almost didn't let me get a unit because I had booked that day. I am unsure why you take reservations and send confirmation emails if none of the locations receive this information.

My only complaint is one of the containers had Phillips head screws that were uncovered and loose. (I could unscrew them with my fingers.) The latch could be removed completely by anyone. One of our reasons for moving from the area we moved from was because of rising crime. It made the two nights before they were picked up for shipping very concerning. I was not happy with the Colorado Springs U Haul. They basically told me to deal with it when I called them about the defect. The woman on the phone was not helpful and seemed annoyed by my concerns. If I was reviewing the Colorado Springs location it would be 3 stars. The Murfreesboro location was however amazing. They were quite friendly and punctual.

Make the Ubox delivery process more user friendly with your online system. Also, educate your store personnel on how to advise the customer between the Ubox delivery by Uhaul and the Move Help entity. It was mass confusion for me from the beginning and I had a very difficult time working between the two separate entities to get the Ubox delivered to me. Keith R Prather 4207024713

Our county lifted the mandatory mask requirement weeks ago. I showed up to pick up my truck and was treated like a leper because I didn't know they chose not to comply. In fact, the lady was quite rude about, as if I should know Uhaul had decided to go against the mandate being lifted. She left me standing outside for 20 minutes trying to complete the checkin on my phone.

The parking lot is awkward. If people could go out of the back exit right to the light, it'd be much better. Otherwise, this place is nice, clean, helpful and following Covid mask guidelines.

we had a problem with red wasp coming from the a/c system while we were driving, this was a very dangerous condition thing to occur when we were going 65mph on the interstate. we had 2 wasp appear at two different time so we know they did not just fly in .

The check engine light was on when I got in the truck. My reservation was handled poorly by UHaul online. This error put my move in jeopardy and cost me extra time and money. I am extremely displease with UHaul. My issue was not the location it was how UHaul handled my online reservation. I believe I deserve a discount or refund.

I had to keep it another day due to a head light and tail light out so i could not drive it at night. The guy was real cocky when i told him and he said rudly did you call road side i said no i didnt break down he said well they could fixed it. I had to pretty much beg him for someone i could contact for the issue. I was evicted from my home due to unemployment messing up. And not paying me leaving me homeless i did not have the money to spend with another day for this me and my 2 kids needed that extra money to have a place to sleep he didnt even apologize or try to fix it jut a cocky rude attitude. I have used uhaul this location a few times but next time i think ill go elsewhere

Dropped off after hours, truck was not due until next day 11am Left note for them to call, text or email final bill or let m know if I need to stop by in the am. Never heard from them so I stopped back at 12noon to get final bill an they told me an additional $22 was added for returning truck early. Horrible policy terrible customer service.

Truck had close to 200,000 miles and steering wheel was loose. Felt like it wasn't bolted on very tightly. Airbag light was on dash and when I asked about it, I was told “better drive careful and don't wreck it then.” Tried to talk to someone in charge upon returning it, but frankly, nobody cared.

Horrible service and was lied to during the explanation of the horrible service. Had a trailer that was gone for an hour. The trailer wasn't used and there was no credit given. Whatever a pain in the ass company, always has been. I'll just keep using the Home Depot toilets even though they cost double. At least I don't have to deal with the dumbasses U-Haul hires. Clear enough?

I had a truck reserved online for $50 something dollars. For some reason I couldn't login once I arrived at U-haul. I went inside and the truck ended up being $80. I'm not sure what the guy behind the counter did but it wasn't the same price as my online reservation and what they said was going to be a hold on my card.

The rental employee was argumentative with me. When I told him to stop arguing and just finish up my rental. He refused to complete my rental himself. He started walking away and I old him he needed to just do his job, and he replied to me as he walked away " Why don't you just go FUCK yourself and walked outside. A female clerk named Tasha took over and was also argumentative with me, about the price I had negotiated with customer service a day before. We called customer service who confirmed I was correct. We completed the rental and I left. I filed a complaint with U-haul, and an asst manager John called me for the location. We discussed the incident and he assured me he would talk to the employee. When I dropped the trailer, the male employee was still unfriendly and unprofessional. After removing the trailer he pulled it away and then very loudly dropped the trailer on its tongue in the parking lot. Tasha did provide me with a receipt but was not as professional and friendly a greeting as I would have expected from a professional business. I have been a loyal customer of u-haul for the past 20 years but I am not sure if I will continue to use this service in the future.

The staff is rude. Aside from the date I signed my contract, whenever I have to speak with the staff they have a tendency to make one feel unimportant and that I am an interruption to whatever they have going on. They often park equipment in the way of the door to the storage units creating a trip hazard. When you ask them to move it they are always too busy to do so in a timely fashion. When moving out I called to cancel my contract. the rep stated that its not really a contract and all i have to do is move out. I asked him to please make a record of my move out anyway. I then started receiving late notices with assessed fees so I called back in. the rep noted said she would e-mail the store to notify them of my original move out date but would not copy me on that e-mail nor provide a copy for my records. I find that policy absurd. She stated all calls are recorded and that if needed I could get said recording. When I requested it she put me on hold and after 20 minutes i gave up. The only saving grace for this particular facility was the price. That said I did get a letter notifying me that the price was increasing on my unit. With all this in mind, no I would not recommend this facility, especially for storage rentals. Additionally, after my support experiences with your company, I will shop other brands before choosing a uhaul location in the future.

Working with this facility was an absolute nightmare. You will never be able to call and speak to the store, you will always have to go down there to speak to anyone. They were incredibly rude also.
