The windshield was never cleaned when it was returned. The 2nd day of travel it rained (most of the day) and the wiper on the driver's side should have been replaced.

Location is too small makes it to hard to get in and out and is very crowded. The employees need some two way radios for communication. Would help to nake things go much smoother

It took so long to rent this trailer dolly I could have drove to the Fort Myers location, and saved time. I won't return unless I have no other option. They don't even have two-way radios for the desk staff to communicate to the lot. When I returned the trailer it was DARK. Almost 75% of the lighting in the parking lot was non - functional. If you doubt my words, get out to the location, rent anything, then return the item after 6 PM Est.. Have fun!

Maybe have a larger area for customer parking. It was hard to turn around to get out.

The location does not allow for the amount if traffic it needs to accommodate. I needed to park in a vacant lot next to the store to gain access. I then had to wait on a very busy four lane road to turn in to pick up my rental materials. Both were dangerous. The man who helped me rent the materials was very helpful. And he couldn't have done anything about the store location The men getting the materials were not helpful. I had to pick the rental materials up and load them into my car from the storage area. I did have more help when I returned them. But again, getting in and out of the location was dangerous. I won't go back to this location.

As I said above: "The trailer I rented did not have the extension cable that allowed the electrical connection between the trailer and the car. Good thing my cable was long enough to make the connection." When I go at this end to return the trailer, the attendant wanted to charge me 8.00 or so to pay the cable that was not included at the pick up location. After arguing a few minutes, he told me he would not be charging for the missing cable. I hope he did not, I'll check my credit card statement for any charges and let you know if there are any extra charges.

This location is way too small for multiple cars to come in. Service is great, there’s nothing wrong with the service or the workers there. This company just needs to expand the lot or move to a bigger location. I had to wait 20 minutes before and after getting a truck because people were blocking me in

They forgot to give us the utility dolly. We called to notify them of this right away. I was on hold and transferred twice and the call took a total of more than 20 minutes. All they had to do was remove the $7 charge and we still got charged for it. Poor experience and a total waist of time I needs to be moving things that in the end, 3 people had to lift and carry by hand. Two of them are now in pain from all the lifting. Very unfortunate.

Worst customer service experience! We were told that there is over 15,000 UHaul locations and they are one of the top 100 busiest! Is that an excuse for not caring about your customers?!

Staff super helpful and pleasant both when moving in and when moving out. Upon moving out, even while in the middle of repainting parking spaces moved their trucks so we could get closer to our unit,

Mixed response to this place. Love the keycard. Facility is old, but clean. Physical space in parking lot minimal. Sometimes the wait in the office for service is too long!!! Good for short-term.
