This was not the originally scheduled pickup...mine was supposed to 11825 collier blvd. Terrible location. Terrible service. Seedy characters trying to get money outside. They didn't have my truck. Had to travel across town to 2001 e tamiami tr. better location but wasted a ton of time. My next rental is for 5725 collier on May 3 (rez#24891755). Will they have my truck? 15'. Or should I just pick up at 2100 tamiami?Sally G.
I have used this site several times. It is very tight providing the very minimum space to hook up and turn around. This trip I was picking up an enclosed 4 X 8 trailer. I was very pleased when hooking up as the trailer appeared very new. As I was pulling away, two other customers flagged me down as the staff person noticed a padlock attached to the door of the trailer as I was pulling away. Isn't the trailer to be checked for cleanliness / damage before it's rented?! Another issue is the lot at this site has wire, screws, batteries and other potentially tire damaging items all over the lot. No, I do not recommend using this dealer.GARY M.

I rented almost a week in advance, a 6 x 12 trailer. When I got there they didn't have one so I had to take a 5 x 8 trailer. My drive from my move-out to my move-in was 55 minutes long instead of making one trip I had to make three trips. Therefore that cost me a lot of extra money. Also the woman at the desk who rented the trailer out to me was ver rude. Never again!Vickie S.

I went online to set up my reservation for a van. There was one person checking customers in. I stool in line for 1 and 3/4 hours to get the van. . . I was late for the furniture pick up and 2 other appointments that day because of this extensive wait. . .annette S.

Once again the person at the front counter was a disaster. While a line of customers all the way to the back of the room (about 50 ft) witnessed him arguing with a young couple and toddler about the price of there rental truck . He was charging them much more than what the online reservation app said they would pay . He did this a good 45 minutes. Finally the manager came in and set the price of half of what he was trying to charge them. The inside check in counter is a disaster because of this employee and his attitude. The outside crew here is awesome once you get past the very arrogant counter employee. On Saturday expect to wait in line an hour to hour and a half to get your U-Haul rental.. This is the worst run business I have seen for a very very long time.. It is really a shame there is not a competitor in naples. They would have all of this locations business. I actually love U-Haul but this location is the worst when it comes to the inside customer service.David M.

I have used this location before with great success. This time however, it was absolutely awful. Made a reservation for Sat. morning at 9 - when I arrived, the lot was totally full with nowhere to park.. walked in and the line was at least 10 deep- no way to socially distance- only one lady working. Took until 1030 to get truck I was supposed to get at 9. Then got in truck only 3/4 full of gas...was not informed to just fill back up to that level- ( which is supposedly protocol). Returned truck that afternoon. Lousy service checking it back in outside- they just didnt care. And went inside about the gas situation and encountered the rudest employee - talk about lack of customer service. Would not go back to this location unless Management or something changed. Think they should have enough employees to handle the appointments at a minimum, with an appointment no one should have to wait an hour and a half. 1. The right rear view mirror was broken -- top & bottom, and taped up so I could not adjust it or see the right lane. VERY DANGEROUS! 2. The windows were filthy and the washer fluid tank was EMPTY. 3. The whole van was filthy and possibly not washed in months 4. The steering wheel was not washed or sanitized as the last person left ketchup on it. 5. But the check-in clerk, driver attendant, and phone operator were courteous and helpful.William M.

I had made a reservation and had the reservation paper when I checked out the trailer. I handed the paper to the office clerk after waiting in line and he very rudely insisted I talk to him and read the information that was on the paper. He very rudely thought he was a comedian . I just wanted him to do his job. This guy is very rude and has no business interacting with customers. I will avoid this location in the future or change companies if you have this type of employee.dave M.

I called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn’t large enough (I wasn’t told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. Many times access to storage was blocked by U-Haul trucks with no place to park. Door to storage doesn’t stay open and therefore smushes as you walk through with items. Also, can’t open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. .
