The Trek I pre reserved was 10 foot I received a call that they could not get me a 10-foot and changed it to a 15 foot for the same price. When I drove an hour south in my car to pick up the 15-ft truck it was not there I waited 45 minutes until somebody returned their truck. That's created much stress because I had to use the truck and be back in Punta Gorda by 3 and unload it and return it which made they help I took with me late for their appointment

Had to wait almost an hour while one new employee was dealing with several Customers by herself when I went to get a truck I had already booked. She did well under the circumstances. There was a more experienced employee who was in the back and only offered limited help. Manager was not on site. Staffing and organization need improvement!

Poor only because of one employee......the overall employee staff was excellent, however when went back to pick up the trailer , a worker was extremely rude and pissed that I drove to the back. He rudely told me to drive back up front. I told him the signs said stop here if returning and I explained I was picking up. So I drove back up front which then I was escorted to the same spot that I pulled up to originally. His comment to me was that he could't get his work done so go back up front where someone would help me. I expressed to two other employees that he was a *ick and I wasn't pleased how I was treated. There other employees response to me was they were having problems with him....... He didn't have a problem lighting up his cigarette though......By the way I believe I was the first customer of the day arriving at 7:05 am.. I can be reached at 239-250-0389 if necessary... Took 30 min to pick truck up even though I pre- registered my info many days before as Uhaul stated it would save time. Only 1 associate working that day, ALL customers in line were pissed off!!! The truck was dirty inside cab area and smelled. Will never use this location again.

Understanding the pressures of Naples hurricane aftermath. ...no one was at the outside station when I pulled in so went inside. I waited inside while the guy was helping someone else...then was told I would be helped outside... trailer was gone from car when I came out...then waited again while equipment was put away... when the outside person came back to me he said "you are done"..I thought I'd get a receipt for return but he repeated....you are done...then told me that " if I'd bothered to read the sign I wouldn't have had to wait". This is the second time I have returned to this location& the second time this same guy was rude. Not good customer facing attitude.

Was a very disappointing interaction. The employee Douglas who was doing the check in service was extremely rude and even overly aggressive towards me. When he told me about the additional charges I incurred during my rental he gave me no chance to explain and examine the situation. I had the truck and trailer for an extended time due to being stuck in an area affected by the latest hurricane and having to travel to the main affected area. I had been in constant communication with the Jacksonville office about my situation and had been assured that a grace period would be provided to accommodate my situation. Douglas was extremely rude when I tried to explain and also charging me a fee for the vehicle not having the proper amount of fuel in it. When I asked him to show me the paperwork and the current gas gauge reading he refused and promptly dismissed me to deal with another customer. When I asked him finish my check in first before just discarding me he proceeded to approach me in a very aggressive behavior where his face almost touched my face in which I demanded him to back away from me. There was another customer there who witnessed this action and reported it to Joshua the other employee that was on duty. I can't help but believe this could not possibly be the only incident with this employee and fear that one day he is going to go too far with his aggressiveness and cause a major incident! I would like to be contacted to know personally that this issue has been addressed thank you

The customer service was simply the worst I have ever experienced combined! The man working that day left us in the heat (I'm pregnant) after he hooked up the trailer and the lights wouldn't work... He left with no indication of returning. He said it's our car (even though he didn't verify if it was the harness or light bulb). My husband is a mechanic and couldn't find anything wrong with our car... After waiting 20 minutes or so we drove the car to the front. The man working screamed at us for stealing and I explained we didn't know where or when he was coming back and that it was too hot for me being pregnant to wait.. He screamed he has a heart condition and he is hot too so that makes us even. We asked what do you do next... He continues to yell at us that it's our car and that he's not here to fix it! My husband and I are literally speechless.. he was treating us like we were garbage. I left to stand insidethe building. About 10 minutes later or so the man working walked passed me to grab a wire harness.. No eye contact or communication to what he was doing. He then changes the wiring harness on our car and the lights start to work! We still have no idea how he knew specifically to grab the wire harness after at us for so long that it was our car. He then yells at my husband for the paperwork... My husband says "no apology? Nothing?" The man then reverts to yelling at us that 'no, we were going to steal the trailer' ---- which in itself is ridiculous because we paid and signed and he left us cold shoulder long enough we had no choice but to pull our car to the front to find out what we were supposed to do next. Whoever was working that day needs to be talked to.. Honestly with how awful he treated us, I don't say this lightly but he probably should be fired (side note I work for the airlines and have lots of experiences with irate people who wouldn't treat me this way...period.) We tried to ask for a manager but he wasn't on duty.

Computer system was down, it was difficult to check in. I paid for a furniture dolly and was not given one. I got a useless piece of wood with wheels and no straps.

Rose Mary took care of us. She was wonderful! I don't recall the names of the gentlemen that took care of us when picking up and returning the truck but they too were very good and professional. We will certainly recommend your store.

Representive Douglas was an arrogant ass. A total smartelic. Condescending and combative. After exchanging words, not nice ones on either part, he had Thomas finish the return. Thomas was very professional and helpful and as asset to the location.
