I was not made aware of the mile restrictions on the truck. It was barely enough to get where I was going, let alone making the stops for furniture I needed to pick up. I was then charged another $26 in fees when I dropped it off. I was never asked when I booked it online or told when renting the truck. They also forgot the dolly and I had to drive back to get it.

The woman that rented me the truck was awesome!! Uhaul messed up my order the day before and did not have the truck I had reserved for 9am available until at least noon and I already had movers booked for 10am. This woman made me feel much better towards de uhaul. Unfortunately, the truck I rented leaked in the inside front of the truck getting my boxes and stuff wet.

The condition of this property has improved over the years; it is much cleaner and in better shape than it was the last time we stored here. However, a major problem for both the staff and the customer is the computer system that does not work properly. For instance: I just attempted to post a review through the e-mail that I received, and got an error message; somehow, I have ended up with two accounts that reflect different information; the system makes move-in extremely slow, etc. Corporate needs to improve two areas: the computer system's nitty-gritty functionality and its policy of reserving non-guaranteed equipment for customers. The minute customers rely upon a reservation, they take themselves out of the queue of people at other companies that might get them what they need. This affects both availability and price, which isn't good practice. The exact equipment we reserve should be available at the exact place where we expect it to be. Customers are already paying a premium to rent; the product should be in top-notch condition and brought to the reservation site at the company's expense--not the customers'.

The man who I returned van to was rude and obnoxious. He just took van yelled at me the $$ amount I owed. When I asked to see what the breakdown of all charges, he opened the bill on his phone & shoved it in my face with a nasty attitude. When I asked if he could read it to me because I didn't have my glasses, he started screaming at me. I walked away from him to go into office & review bill & pay. As I walked in, myself and 3 other customers waiting in line could hear him screaming vulgarities (about me) over the walkie talkie to the other female employee in office.She was also rude & flung the bill at me when I asked for the breakdown. They were both so rude and obnoxious that 3 other customers in office also found their behavior reprehensible and commented to me that they will never use this location again because both employees have serious anger-mngmnt issues. And I concur. I will never use this location again.

When I was exiting the sight, there were 3 vehicles being returned and had been blocking the exit to US 41, had to wait whilst the service rep for U Haul was finishing checking in the vehicle at the front of the line...Maybe more space...or move the check in location to the back of the lot...

I reserved a cargo van weeks in advance and when I went to pick it up I was informed that the pick up location was changed. Totally messed up my plans but worked through it. thanks

The first place I was sent did not speak English. And the trailer was not on site and the UHaul rep from corp. could not communicate with the rental company because she did not speak Spanish. The next place I was sent (a uhaul facility in the 2000 block of Tamiami Trail E in Naples, Fl ) had a person by the name of Douglas that was very rude to the person in front of me and he yelled at me that I was stalking him. Very weird experience.

Get rid of Mr. Personality at the equipment return. I have used this location on many occasions and he is nothing but a detriment to your company. If the location wasn't so convenient for us I would not return.

When I arrived I was told “ you’re late” I said oh I’m sorry since I prepaid for 3 days of use I didn’t know I needed to pick up at a certain time. She was just very rude about it. Were they going to give away a prepaid trailer to a walk in k using I’d reserved for 3 days because I was an hour or two late? I was just surprised. On top of that there was a guy sitting at the counter asking if everyone needed help moving Bc he was hurting for money. Then I was blocked in for 10 mins trying to exit while this man loaded his truck up. (Same guy) so overall my experience was not great.

The woman on the phone when i called in to see if my reservation was still set was very rude and arrogant. I was worried about my car transport which this location didnt have the day before. She had no care or support to help me with the issue. I had to call corporate number to get better service and understanding what was going on with the car tranporter. One was delivered the following day and 7 hours late. Also they had no blankets as was requested in the reservation. My furniture was damaged due to this.

I ordered truck and trailer online 3 weeks before my move. The day before i got a text and called in to confirm and they told me i had to drive 35 miles to go pick up my trailer! No discount, no prior notice just told me this is waht i had to do. I showed up next day to pick up my truck and they didn't have the blankets i ordered online... they tried discounting me but ended up charging my card twice which caused my card to go over the credit limit and get declined during my moving trip ! Customer service puts me on hold for 20 min at a time, the manager was supposed to call me back but never did... a nightmare.. Horrible experience

I reserved the equipment at a different location. I received an email stating I had to pickup the equipment at a location different from where I reserved. Upon picking up the equipment I was then told that I was required to return the equipment to the location where I picked up. All of this totally opposite from the reservation I made and was accepted by you. I feel this practice is deceptive to the customer and should be immediately stopped. It reeks of a "bait and switch" transaction, namely U-Haul will tell the customer through an approved reservation that they can pickup the equipment form the location the customer requests, then require the customer to go somewhere else.
