There was only one front desk worker there and a lot of people in line, so the wait was longer than we expected. I would suggest having more than one person at the front desk during busy hours.

The truck I rented ran fine and I had np problems, but the shocks were pretty bad. Every single small bump made a loud sound. A good lube job would help. It didn't hurt my trip though.

My trans action at this location was average. Service rep behind the counter was able to complete my rental of a 20ft truck. The guy pulled the truck up as I went outside. He walked past me with no inspection of truck before I left. I waited for bit and then just left because he went back inside never said anything to me.

I was charged a full day more for an hour difference at drop off. Pretty crazy id it was 15-20 extra that would make sense but a whole day is steep. One hour difference was not making any difference in someone esle renting that truck.

The trailer was not well maintained. Within 300 miles of using the trailer the leaf spring broke making the trailer unusable. Had this been given a routine maintenance check this trailer would have been out of commission.

Rented a trailer. Online system moved my rental to another location 40 miles away. Why? There's many other locations closer. Luckily this location had another trailer available for my rental. This location is great, online system sucks. At least tell people you changed the rental. I had this booked almost a week out so I would guarantee i had the right equipment.

I rented a 5x9 on the app then they said ut wasnt available. They gave me another trailer by after 12pm. I returned the trailer next day at 12 pm and they marked it returned at 3pm, charging me twice.

Overall the staff were very friendly as they usually are. Truck was clean for a rental, horn was not functioning which was an issue while driving in traffic. The front of lot is so small and congested with trucks with a line out to the street with only three returns…blocking any other car from entering or exiting. We had to wait as a customer went inside and left their car In line blocking up the area. It is probably time for a larger location. I would never rent a storage unit here because the access doors are always blocked with vehicles. We used extra space for our summer storage bc of easier accessibility.

One employee and 12 people in line. I had a reservation for 10 am. I arrived at location at 9:40 and finally had the auto transport at 12pm this is totally ridiculous. I will never use u haul again. This is typical of this location. Has happened to me here multiple times.

The “S” hook on the trailer should have a latch on it, to keep it from coming in-hooked. One of the hooks came off while I was on I-75.

Upon arrival, I went in to check in and the women 'helping' us was very unhelpful. She barely spoke to me and did not inform me of any instructions of my rental. Additionally, she did not even tell me or show me what vehicle I was renting. The truck I rented was overall fine, but there are multiple live bugs nesting and crawling on the inside. That being said, the equipment guys that were working outside the office were very nice and helpful.

I Return before they closed same day and got charged for returning after hours, the guy outside told me that there was a guy in the back to help me but no one was there so I park the trailer and went to the front to check out 2 employees inside that told me you good to go without even checking anything so we left and got a charge for returning supposedly after hours, I call and got my refund but I shouldn’t have to go through that

Blonde woman behind the counter greeted me as soon as I entered the store and was very quick to communicate she would come outside to check my rental return as soon as she was available seeing as how there were many customers at the store when I arrived. Was very professional, friendly and had a good attitude which made the experience very pleasant. Will be returning to this store for any other U-Haul rental needs. 5 out of 5 stars

Hi ! The manager was very rude to me , for not letting me pay half the money I have to keep my stuffs in the storage . He keeps all my stuff and keep me out off the lease without my agreement . All my documents and my stuff stealing is not fair !

Everything was just great - staff are very friendly and helpful. Although not the fault of the facility, but the truck I was assigned was horribly, grossly and nauseatingly marijuana stench infused from the previous renter. That should’ve been addressed before I was assigned the vehicle during post-previous renter inspection. The staff did take immediate action upon my complaint and rectified the issue…so for that I am thankful!

When I got to the front desk, the person couldn't find out my reservation. When she tried to make another reservation didn't have available the storage with the measurements I needed (10×10) However, I agreed to have the storage unit they offered me instead (8x8) But they gave me a unit that was already occupied. So, they have no control over the availability of units

Dan or Danny really deserves a raise in pay.. Very costumer friendly, He really made our UHAUL EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE !! Again the supervisor should realize, a gentleman like Daniel is one of a kind !!! UHAUL AGAIN, Give him more money . I sold my business in Cleveland and bought a house in Crown Point , 44132 .. I probably wouldn’t ever had sold it but to find 42 employees like Dan , UHAUL , good luck, and you know …. ITS ALL ABOUT ; cleanliness , organizing , and never loose a guy like him !!!!

The storage unit was fine. The flood from Hurricane Ian was not your fault but how I was treated afterwards was not cool. I had to go down and go through my stuff no dry way to repair (not your fault) was told I could leave my key and I would be contacted when the drywall was replaced in my storage until. 3 months later not contacted and needed stuff out of the unit went and got my key and the dry wall was never replaced. They did cut a hole in the dry wall as I had to clean up the mess when I moved out. That was another thing if you went in and did work on dry wall you should clean it up not me.

Overall I was very pleased with the facility. The one issue after storm Ian damage was the increase in cost without any communication. I have disputed this change but without any response from UHaul Naples location or head office, after multiple calls to try to resolve. Regrettably this latter experience negated all of the great work done after Hurricane Ian. Thank you

People in the office are very rude, had to wait in line to get access to our unit as they kept door locked, spent an hour waiting for them to unlock a door to allow access, they were very rude to people waiting we had a code to get in but the system was down so they made everyone wait in line to get them to open the door very inconvenient for people storing tools and work tools in a storage unit, I’ve used uhaul all across the country by far the worst uhaul ever

We had our storage unit about 10 months during our home remodel. We were in and out of our unit many times during that period. We also rented 2 trailers to haul to and from Illinois. All first class facilities, trailers and service.

The staff at this location are all friendly and very helpful. The biggest detractor from this site is that it is extremely difficult to bring anything in a truck or trailer as the entirety of the two months I used this storage I was barely able to park anywhere near the only doors into the building despite having three sets of doors that were always locked effectively doubling the time it took to load and unload storag items. Also it should be noted that the font parking of the storage is so packed with uhaul trucks that my family and I had to park halfway onto a busy road while unloading and this is incredibly unsafe as I saw ample storage space for the fleet trucks in the back.

Found the unit I moved into missing a light bulb, so no light. Saw a large rodent trap in far corner of unit and a few dead insects in the hallway outside the unit. Definitely different from the unit I moved from in Maryland.

I reserved two conditioned spaces and they had neither when I got there. Very unprofessional and the lady at the counter should have been fired for her inability to understand and take control of a situation where a customer comes in with a reservation and is upset about not having a place to unload the truck. She was indignant when I asked what was the point of making a reservation if they don’t reserve the units. This was not a good experience and I will never recommend nor use Uhaul again!!!

They block the entrance with moving vans. So you have to reverse in off the highway. So instead of an in and out it’s just like a space. This was so annoying. .

I called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn’t large enough (I wasn’t told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. We had just driven 2,200 miles so I appreciated his helpfulness and kindness.

Many times access to storage was blocked by U-Haul trucks with no place to park. Door to storage doesn’t stay open and therefore smushes as you walk through with items. Also, can’t open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. . Also, on many occasions, door to storage was locked and had to wait and find an unfriendly employee to open.
