No room to park, lot is extremely congested to the point of not safe. Very slow check in. Need more counter help.
Alvin was apologetic for the experience we had picking the truck up. We called and spoke to Ndu Chino on the phone and he was delightful to deal with.
Moving van/truck was not cleaned. Interior, floors, windows, and windshield were all extremely dirty inside and out.

Very small parking lot. Had 26 ft uhaul. Really hare to turn around.
Nothing. Both locations were amazing
Confusing as to where to pull in to pickup. Signage identifies returns but not pickup. Lot is very congested. I had ordered 24 blankets and was given 2 bags which turned out to be 12, which ended up being enough. Crew was working short handed as one yard employee went home sick. Crew was amiable and got we out in a good time.
We received no check in ‘receipt' and then were charged for two days of extra use when we actually returned it a full day early. Very disappointing and the 2nd time this has happened but at a different Naples location. This also wasn't the closest UHaul location to our home
The location itself was great, drop off process super easy. I rented 2 different trailers this same weekend and had to drop both of them off at this location. My one complaint is that I choose my drop off location as zip code 34135 but this location is 34112, 18 miles and a 25 minute drive away. There are a bunch of locations in between.
I had included a 'dolly' as part of my order. When I got to the site they told me they don't dolly's there; only those for furniture. I questioned why it would be an option during the online order if they don't even have them, and why I wasn't told. We then had to figure out where to get a dolly to help with the move. We had 40+ boxes to move. The individual working the desk was unprofessional.

When I came in there were two employees working on locating a truck I was the only customer. I stood there a good 7-10 with absolutely no acknowledgement at all. Not a I'll be with you in a second...nothing. When I finally did speak it was unclear and didn't really have answers to questions just advised me to follow prompts from text. He did eventually answer after the third time of me asking about other drivers. Truck was given with a quarter tank of gas and as I noted in the state of the truck it stunk of weed and cigarettes so airing it out prior to referral would have been good. I'm not sure the sanitation process within truck cabs now with covid but certainly didn't appear to have been cleaned.

First of all. our original location canceled an hour before pick up so we had to drive an additional 15 miles to get a truck. The truck drove horrible & was completely out of alignment. The guy at pick up was extremely rude. I definitely won't ever use this location again. Next time I'll go through Budget.

I was instructed to drop the trailer off in Sebastian at 8730 US HWY 1 MICCO, FL 32976 on Sunday 24th by 5 pm. I was finished with the trailer on Saturday about 4:45pm and so went to drop it off at that address. Gates to the site were closed and locked so I couldn't get onto the property to do the drop off. Looking up on the internet they were not opening again until Monday 25th. I looked up a few more Uhaul sites and and went to the main one in Palm Bay. There I was told I could not drop off at that site and the gentleman assisting us went into the office to check what we could do. He said we could drop it off at the Mobil garage two blocks north. E took the trailer there and the gentleman behind the counter said that they only accepted local rental and not one way drop offs, but world phone his boss and check. After talking to his boss he said we could do the drop off but had to keep my paperwork from my rental in Naples. I think the designated drop off location given at the time of the rental needs to be at a place that you CAN actually make the drop off. Just saying!!
Only one person helping at the counter and very slow took 35 min being the 2nd person in line when they opened. People where very upset. When I left there were 11 people in line all complaining. Need more staff for the counter. And there is not enough room in your front parking lot for the amount of people trying to rent
It was fast and clean everybody was wearing mask ! Thanks always for your severs because I rent a u-haul at least use your service four times a year or more !

Everyone and everything was GREAT!! Only suggestion is to ensure windshield and side view mirrors are clean ... to provide best possible visibility.

Have truck reserved, ready for pick up. Larger truck I was given instead very hard to maneuver
The older gentleman that works there is very rude won't take the time to explain anything. My receipt stated he manually put in my card information and it stated $100 but when my text alerts came in it showed he had charged my card $115 I explained that he just kept telling me here in your receipt it's $100 over n over again. Plus I did not fill out a reservation to this location I had done it for the radio road location got a reservation for radio and the next morning my email stated this location was not happy about that since it was further and I had to pay $0.99 a mile so I ended up paying more for mileage for the different. Will think twice about using Uhaul on my next move.
I was supposed to pick up at a closer location. The contract was changed when I clicked. Wasted my time and added 50 miles.
Only place to drop off a trailer, insane to have to ride so much miles considering so much other U-Haul affiliates close from my home.
Need to have more dollys at all locations, seems to be a shortage, we requested and paid and didn't get one when we picked up

I was helped by a very rude man named Douglas with a bad attitude who didn't hook up the trailer properly. As a result the trailer became unattached from the hitch as I exited the lot. The safety chains were the only thing holding the trailer which started to sway the trailer and then slammed into the rear of my 2019 Tahoe. I called them and they came out to the street and hooked it back up and sent me on my way!! I'm over 60 and female. I fount myself at the side of 95 with no lights on the trailer and a tight time line to travel 900 miles north. I told this to the owner who checked the plug and gave me another one when I returned the trailer. Great!! My hellish trip was over by then. No discount. No apologies. Nothing. Not very nice. I'll NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone my story!!
This was not the original destination for my drop-off. It was supposed to be dropped off at the Davis Road Shell station. The woman there was not polite and told me that I could not drop off the truck at that location (even though that was what my paperwork said). She said that it would need to be dropped off at the main Uhaul location on Tamiami Trail. She would not provide any information regarding that location and said that 'Uhaul does what it wants without regard to her'. I then had to drive to the other location after googling the address. The change of location was an inconvenience that I really didn't need at that point.
This is how it should be! Easy, convenient and a trained staff!!! Wasted a FULL DAY and was sent to 4 locations to pick 1 up trailer after reservation being made 6 weeks prior!!! Took 10 mins to drop it off! Uhaul needs competition! Maybe then they'd be a great company.
They had a back up of truck being returned and I ended up stuck on East Tamiami Trl where there is a lot of traffic that had to keep going around me. Not a safe situation.
Young lady who assisted me in my rental was amazing and took her time explaining everything. Definition of great customer service and the return was just as easy!
The service like me
The online rental experience went surprisingly well. It was an elaborate app. There was a failure when the "alternate contact" person I designated didn't answer the phone to confirm. Beware of this. He didn't answer because he didn't know it was them calling or that they were going to call.
Turn in of the trailer was efficient. Able to be completed without getting out of the vehicle. Facility was very crowded with very little room to maneuver. No one wearing COVID protection masks.

Everything went smooth
We spend thousands of dollars a year with your company and especially this location. We have to wait in line way too long - always short staffed. When online or phone call reservations, there are SEVERAL times we do not have a vehicle upon pick up! this is NOT ACCEPTABLE! this is forcing us to look for another truck rental company. The woman inside was very nice and helpful. The man outside when we arrived Sunday 6/14 Before closing to drop off our car transport was just nasty and unhelpful. So unnecessary.
I called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn’t large enough (I wasn’t told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. We had just driven 2,200 miles so I appreciated his helpfulness and kindness.
Many times access to storage was blocked by U-Haul trucks with no place to park. Door to storage doesn’t stay open and therefore smushes as you walk through with items. Also, can’t open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. . Also, on many occasions, door to storage was locked and had to wait and find an unfriendly employee to open.

While the employees where friendly and knew there jobs. The facilities was very crowded, needs to be a larger area there is no room to make a u turn. The drop area and pick up area is a pain..

The staff was very busy, and when I was next in line they apologized for the wait and treated me as the only customer on a very busy day. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

Worst customer service experience! We were told that there is over 15,000 UHaul locations and they are one of the top 100 busiest! Is that an excuse for not caring about your customers?!

Staff super helpful and pleasant both when moving in and when moving out. Upon moving out, even while in the middle of repainting parking spaces moved their trucks so we could get closer to our unit,

Mixed response to this place. Love the keycard. Facility is old, but clean. Physical space in parking lot minimal. Sometimes the wait in the office for service is too long!!! Good for short-term.
