George Rthis truck should not be on the road, The brakes would when applied would shake so violently that it was extremely difficult to to keep it in the lane.We traveled through the mountains of Tennessee going down the mountains the front end shook so violently we had to slow down to 30mph just to stay on the road.

GEOFFREY C1. Make sure wheels are balanced! was a terrible experience driving 150 miles with a shaky trailer. 2. System was slow... there was a line of about 6 guests in front of me. Toke over an hour to get attention and over 15 minutes to be able to go outside and hook up the trailer. 3. All staff was excellent and patient. - You need a backup plan to system/ Internet failure -
Gino LWe were in and out of the drop off location within five minutes. The minute we pulled in they came up and greeted us. Inspected the truck and sent us on our way with a smile and a thank you.
ALFRED CI rented 2 toy haulers 7 days apart. The first one was covered in dried concrete and broken glass. The second was cleaner. The main issue is the location. There is ZERO parking available, zero ability to turn around, the parking is HORRIBLE. it is so hard to maneuver around, even the employees are frustrated.

JAMESON JOnly issue were the wheel straps used to strap down the front tires of the truck being trailered. Following the UHAUL instructions as well as YouTube instructions, said straps came off the front wheels twice during our trip from. FL to MA.
PATRICK MWhen I first attempted to arrive I couldn’t due to the fact that the workers had the only entrance blocked with. After several attempts of circling with U-turns on a busy road I was finally successful and was able to pull in. No parking spaces!! The lady behind the counter was such angel and so helpful. She told me where to park. Once outside I believe his name was danny. He was an absolute dick and refused to let me park in an empty space. Told me to park 3 blocks down at gas station for 2 days. He then proceeded to ignore me and tell me it’s corporate he doesn’t care and I’m a nobody and he won’t give me the truck I paid for. After he continued to ignore me he got into my face attempting to get me to strike him. Then again outside he came right up and took his forehand and head my hat brim. Then told me I was done and he was calling the cops. Which he did!!! The lady inside continue to be caring, sweet and helpful. She told me it was fine. She gave me a phone number to call someone. He advised me that I was allowed to park there so once I went outside, the lady had to go get the truck and dolly because the guy refused still. After the cops arrived and we talked I took the truck as I paid for. After moving one day I was comfortable with my person vehicle being left for 2 days with that horrible working Danny? So I returned the truck early checked out as the app instructed. And lo and behold I was charged for the full amount while upon check out it state almost $150 cheaper than what I was charged.

KELLEY DI picked up a van in the evening, then parked it at night at the Uhaul lot at the sane location overnight to pickup it again next day in the morning. In the morning I've realized that it has fresh scratches. I was charged $150 for that, thought that's obviously not my fault and somebody did it then parking or moving another uhaul vehicle. I believe it should be checked on surveillance cameras and that amount should be refunded to my account.

AMANDA JThe tech in the yard did not want to hook up our car to the tow hitch and it was the first time we were doing it. We had to get him 3 times to assist us.
NORBERT WThere was something wrong with the trailer coupler. As someone who doesn't tow much I wasn't sure if it was normal. Upon returning the trailer it was confirmed the coupler was broken. I hope they fix it before putting it back into service.
CHRISTOPHER SI’ve been using this location for over 15 years and I’ve never had such a poor experience with a staff member (Gg). She was rude, disrespectful, the worst attitude and just simply unprofessional. I had a reservation and one of the trucks was not return on time ( which I can understand that things have ) however, she did not even attempt or make any effort to find accommodations to a customer. Her reply was I have another one but I can’t give it to you because it’s going to Miami and we make more money in it than here in town. At first she refused to provide her store Manager’s name or provide me with the number I could call to get another truck. She finally did when I said I was not leaving the store until she provide me with the correct information. Her reply was “ how about I get my two guys to get you out of the store”. I step outside and called the district and was able to get a bigger truck for the price of the one I reserved due to the inconvenience caused. I went inside of the store once again and I was taken care of by a very nice, helpful, professional and polite man. For his attention along I can give the store a five star rating, but Gg needs to be retrained in customer service skills and be more professional and respectful to the customers.
Maribel VNot the most personal and just said wait out side and someone will come to you. The outside guy did not speak English so neither of us knew what we were saying. Did not suggest we walk the truck to make sure it was clean and everything was in place.

JOSEPH Pthe lot was so full you had to park at the gas station down the road!!! Unacceptable! I am handicapped! I parked in the street! You should find a better parking situation - move the trailers somewhere else!
DON RThere was no parking available at this location. When I arrived to return the van, I handed the key to an employee and informed him that I needed a few minutes to retrieve my belongings. Approximately five minutes later, a female employee rushed toward the van and entered it. I stepped away to ensure she did not attempt to drive off while I was still nearby. She then exited the vehicle and aggressively asked, “Where are the keys?” I informed her that I did not have them. While I continued loading my belongings into my truck, she was loudly using profanity in the parking lot. This behavior was unprofessional and concerning

GEORGE TIt is impossible to park at this location. When you leave after you have picked up your trailer, you have to pull out onto a very busy street and there’s a big dip from the parking lot onto the street. The trailer that I was supposed to get had a lot of oil or grease in it from the previous customer. The employee that got the trailer for me gave me a different one because of the grease, which was really nice.. I didn’t like the hitch on the new one because it didn’t look like there was any way for me to lock it onto my vehicle. I ended up taking the dirty trailer because it had a better hitch and I was OK cleaning up the old oil that was in the trailer. This is a very busy location, but the employees are fantastic. It would be nice if there was a way to enter on one side of the property and leave on the other side.

Although not the fault of the facility, but the truck I was assigned was horribly, grossly and nauseatingly marijuana stench infused from the previous renter. That should’ve been addressed before I was assigned the vehicle during post-previous renter inspection. The staff did take immediate action upon my complaint and rectified the issue…so for that I am thankful!

John M | Overall ExperienceThe storage unit was fine. The flood from Hurricane Ian was not your fault but how I was treated afterwards was not cool. I had to go down and go through my stuff no dry way to repair (not your fault) was told I could leave my key and I would be contacted when the drywall was replaced in my storage until. 3 months later not contacted and needed stuff out of the unit went and got my key and the dry wall was never replaced. They did cut a hole in the dry wall as I had to clean up the mess when I moved out. That was another thing if you went in and did work on dry wall you should clean it up not me.

The biggest detractor from this site is that it is extremely difficult to bring anything in a truck or trailer as the entirety of the two months I used this storage I was barely able to park anywhere near the only doors into the building despite having three sets of doors that were always locked effectively doubling the time it took to load and unload storag items. Also it should be noted that the font parking of the storage is so packed with uhaul trucks that my family and I had to park halfway onto a busy road while unloading and this is incredibly unsafe as I saw ample storage space for the fleet trucks in the back.

Very unprofessional and the lady at the counter should have been fired for her inability to understand and take control of a situation where a customer comes in with a reservation and is upset about not having a place to unload the truck. She was indignant when I asked what was the point of making a reservation if they don’t reserve the units. This was not a good experience and I will never recommend nor use Uhaul again!!!

MARK R | Overall ExperienceI called ahead because we had a one way rental from Colorado and needed storage. I spoke with Doug and he said storage was available. Once we arrived I found that the storage wasn’t large enough (I wasn’t told which sizes were available) and had to get two units. Had I known this, I would have chose a different drop off. Fortunately Joshua was super helpful and made it less stressful and provided the best customer service. We had just driven 2,200 miles so I appreciated his helpfulness and kindness.

Also, can’t open double door for oversized items. Concrete guards surrounding storage door entrance were very annoying and obtrusive. . Also, on many occasions, door to storage was locked and had to wait and find an unfriendly employee to open.
