I had a great experience with storage at Uhaul in Nesbit Ferry! The facilities were pristine and Cindy was so helpful. She provided carts to help unload the truck, and called another employee to sweep the already-clean unit before move-in. in my opinion it takes too long after you have done everything online and make reservation when you go pick up the truck but you have to go through the whole thing over again and even after buying the insurance for the truck I still have to be taking pictures and inspecting the truck for damage when is raining. The truck was on poar mechanical condition nocking noise on left front while driving and gas gauge not working properly It cost me $65 on gas because the gas gauge wasn't working properlyArmando I.

Cindy Hardin is PHENOMENAL! I walked in the store without a reservation 10 minutes before closing, I mentioned I was concerned it was too late to process a trailer rental and not only did she reassure me it was not a problem. She handled herself with such grace, friendliness and professionalism that I was impressed beyond belief. She explained everything related to the rental, how to load and how to drive with a trailer attached, in detail. She was quick (but not rushing) and made sure everything was perfect. You want to improve for the next customer? Be more like Cindy! Dustin Wilkes received the rental and was great too! He was super nice, courteous, professional, helpful and offered great customer service!!! This isn't the closest location to my home or work but it has certainly become my preferred U-Haul offic. I was pressured to return early. They called me during my trip. I tried to call back but mailbox not setup. Called reservations and they did not relay the message. This was extremely stressful and dangerous way to treat customers! Do not pressure customers!!!!!!!!!!DAVID H.
The lady was very rude at the front desk. It also took 45 minutes to get the mobile pick up to work so I was rushed the entire time to get it back to the store before charged a late fee. Have confirmed truck clean and ready and all purchased items available on date of pickup. A scheduler should not talk negatively about customers to store manager with customer present. Drop off location should be confirmed and scheduled in system if given to scheduler at pickup date.NATEKA B.

I feel this review is a bit harsh, but I truly disliked the physical location of this place because there was just barely enough room to maneuver in the lot. Having to maneuver through the tight turns of a self storage facilityâ€”with customer cars parked all around and exit gates requiring tight turns was unsettling. Yet, the employees at this location were excellent to work with. I felt the employees worked diligently to set me up and make sure I had a good towing experience. The employees were friendly! Good job on that front. The location is just a little too tight for my liking.Christopher K.

While returning the trailer after hours via the mobile app, every attempt to upload pictures of cleanliness of the trailer failed. We tried 20 times from 2 different phones. When we tried calling Uhaul support line it said the wait time was 36 minutes (and yes we did follow the directions on how to) We were tired after moving and travels all day, and couldn't simply return the trailer. The location has nowhere to park on their site. The reserve the spots for other trucks. If there is a space open, they are all 15 min parking and will most likely tow you for going over. I mean how are you not going to leave any customer parking for longer than 15 mins? I'm sure there is no such thing as a 15 min rental van. Also the older lady behind the counter seemed very put out to answer questions I had regarding parking. She made me feel like I was pest and couldn't be rid of me soon enough. Terrible customer service. I also somehow ended up with extra charges and can't get a reason from anyone as to why. This place is the worst U-Haul I've used. My issue was the amount of time it took to rent the equipment and the time it took to return the equipment. It was not quick. I prefer the option to drop off a trailer and check in on the Uhaul app. You can't do this here, because they keep the trailers behind a locked gate. I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped just so someone could buzz me into the gate so I could drop the trailer off. It also took about 30 minutes to rent the trailer. There was only one staff member who was helping other customers and it took way to long for me to get buzzed in.SHAWN W.

The booking process was easy . This location closes at 7pm on the day that I booked. I returned back around 6:30 pm and the door was already locked and I was not sure what to do. I took a picture of the time that I returned the vehicle and parked it in the same spot I took it from. In about 15/20 mins , the same guy who originally helped me came to the door and I handed him the keys. The truck that I had was not checked and I received a completed notification email 2 days later along with a $160 charge for â€œdamage to the truckâ€. I went back to this location the morning after to clarify this issue, the manager on duty, Cindy, was extremely rude and started speakinn loudly and threatened to contact the police. I stood in the store and allowed her to finish her rant and continue to assist me. She was looking for â€œphotosâ€ of the damages that I had done to the truck but couldn't find them to show me, but proceeded to show me the damage the previous person did to the truck. She then told me that the charge was promissory and can easily be removed. Then she proceeds to tell me that the guy who originally assisted me would arrive at work around 11 AM and the truck I rented would returned at 3 PM so I could see the damages for myself. I get back to the store a little before 3 PM and the manager had left. Leaving 3 males in the store , one of them originally helped me out. He proceeded to show me a picture of â€œthe damage I didâ€ but it was the same exact photo/photos the manager initially showed me before she left, but as I mentioned before, she told me those damages were from the person who rented before me. After she agrees to remove the charge from my card for the mixup, a week and a half later , I see that my card has been charged again for the same thing. I have been trying to find a solution to this problem for the last couple of days , my emails are not being responded to and no one is answering the phone. I have been calling at different times throughout each day. OVERALL, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST STRESSFUL RENTAL AND EACH EMPLOYEE , INCLUDING THE MANAGER, DID NOT SEEM TO CARE THAT HOW I WAS BEING TREATED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 starts out of 5.Monecia K.

WORST experience ever!!!! Got EVERYTHING about my move wrong- wrong pickup time, didn't have the size truck I had specifically reserved and had a confirmation for, didn't have my destination correct. Got it wrong across the board. The cargo van was NOT maintained correctly. There were three issues : 1- TPMS was on all the time indicating a flat tire, 2 - Right turn signal was not functioning causing potential accident, 3 - The change oil indicator kept coming on. Overall the cargo van was not in a suitable condition to be rented out to customer!! I am requesting a full refund. ThanksHOSSEIN M.
