Great service and the hitch installation, if you pardon the pun, went smoothing without a hitch. Robert was the installation technician, and he took the time really hide the wiring and secure everything nicely. The whole process took about 75 mins from handing over my keys to driving out satisfied. I would highly recommend this location.

Deborah OkeefeHad a really bad time connecting online reservation with actuall pick up at location. Seems the 1 800 number has no idea or communication with local stores i had to alter my whole plan. I will say they have no control over people crashing there vehicles, but when it cost me 200 dollars in gas compared to what the gas would have been with a pickup it truly herts my bottom line. I was disapointed. The folks at the local store were great they tried hard to solve the problem, just seems like there was no communication between online, 1800 number and local store. Sad day for the right hand knowing what the left was doing.

When the paperwork was transferred to the new pickup location I was over charged. I have been waiting for the refund that I'm due and have not received. I have been with u-haul for years . upon my arrival staff greeted me ,I told them I need to rent a trailer , which I have done over and over there and else were. The check in process took over thirty min. computer program failure ? she ask for my phone number over seven times to get me in system. once logged in she required a emergency contact which was in system at other locations . which I gave her contact info. so they called my wife to she if she would accept being a emergency contact , well she did not answer phone , and could you provide another contact ,this is when I asked for mgr. which she was useless and stated she doing her job and is a requirement to get trailer ,my wife calls my phone put on speaker and I ask if I could rent trailer and use her a a emergency contact she said yes , that was not enough, they had to call her from there phone my phone was not good enough. your company has all my information in your computer , I currently rent your biggest storage unit at my state road 54 location which I will say is the best service I ever seen . Doug at 54 location is the best customer service rep I have ever seen . call up make reservation , has everything ready for me in and out with trailer hook up in out 15 min. old 54 location has best service I will never do business . with u-haul New Port Richey on US 19 ever again . I will inform my contractors steer away from this location and go see Doug at old state road 54

It ended up being 17 miles over so I had to pay extra money. Add the 1995 is a gimmick because by the end of the day I paid almost $70 and I. Returned it with more gas then I had taken it with.

Michael FoleyCharged for extra mileage from original pickup location being changed by U-haul. Then initial order gave me a rate for rental time. Was charged an extra $40 for an extra day because of an extra half hour difference. Which is the time U-haul originally quoted online. If I would have known that. I would have kept it another day! Attendant did not mention the $40 charge or option to keep it. Just that I had another charge for extra miles. All about the fees!!! And no information given or option to keep it.

I called Uhaul to see if they had a storage unit available, and was happy to know they did. With their help, they suggested I call a moving company to help me, and Jeremy was the person who helped me, thank God ! I am so lucky he sprang into action, because since breaking my toes, I can't put any weight on my foot, and he came to my emotional rescue yesterday. 🙂 I am so grateful he was available and willing to help me too. ❤️ I would like to meet him in person and thank him for doing my job for me.

She was confused, I was confused, the computer system caused confusion. As previously stated, employee was great with a positive attitude. Couldn't ask for a better person to help me at the desk. She did the best she could with what she had. Please improve your computer system.

The place was closed but it said it was open until 12 pm. The person and the wife were extremely rude, the keys were not ready,. I had to wait 30 minutes or more for them. After he had them ready he placed them in the box and left never hold us it was ready, so we were just standing there alone not knowing where to get the key.

Also the light was out for over a month. On my move out date I asked for someone to fix it because I couldn't see while taking my stuff out and the lady told me to that i could crop open the side door because they didn't have anyone to fix it. Witch led me to I used my phone light to move my stuff out because the side door open did nothing for lighting up my unit. Not to mention all the spiders and moths in my unit witch I could of easily got bit by something not being able to see good what I was putting my hands on. So I would never recommend anyone to keep their stuff at this place. Nice staff but not sanitary!

Highly disappointed with the facility and would rate this facility average or below.
