I had asked to speak to someone regarding my bill when i returned the equipment after hours on the app. It said that I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one ever contacted me and I was charged the amount that I was not sure how it got to that. I will not use U-HAUL going forward.

This is a great place, even just to visit to have an idea of all that is available. The service we had was very quick and professional, both picking up and dropping off. We have have been hauling trailers of all sizes for years and yet still learned a few tricks from the fellow who hooked us up. Very positive experience overall.

Everything was perfect! About the only thing that went right in the last month. Landlord kept us waiting 5 months and house still isn't quite ready, but we can at least quit paying those budget-busting storage costs. And start eating three meals a day again. I had no idea how lousy a crappy diet can make a body feel. So the equipment was good and we're going to celebrate still not being able to live in the house but at least our things are out of "jail".

They billed wrong and when I asked for an itemized bill, they became nasty and when corrected they sill over billed. I advised them and asked if this is done often and I told them that abusing a senior and disabled person is a "criminal violation as well as other violations." Employee Vanessa Martinez stated that she didn't want to hear about my complaint because she was a minority. Tim Turner instead of quelling the problem he made it worse by telling me they correct the problem and sided with Vanessa. They were also charging me for a hand cart which I did not receive. They were going still charge but with a $10 fee instead of the $14. Other issues with the treatment of the staff, equipment, etc. will be addressed to authorities. As a 75 year old male, 100% disabled Vietnam Vet. I will not be treated by your employees and company and will be contacting various VFW organizations to ensure they deal elsewhere. I will expect an official contact me by email or letter. Memorial day will be here soon and apparently your company and these employees are not rue supporters of veteran and have no respect for our laws.

The only thing I can complain about is that the online contract said rental was for 24 hours and the paper contract was only until 430 that day. We returned Sunday 4/39 at 9 when location opened and were charged another full day. The online contract and the store contract need to be the same NOT different.

This place was good I made reservations at store on little rd and San Miguel in Port Richey When I went to pick up truck there was none very upsetting had to go 5 miles out of my way so I ended up having to pay 10 plus miles for mileage plus more gas Then I find out that the person doing reservation had the pickup date for 4/21 and not 4/15 What a bummer But thanks any way to the uhaul people At npr

The only negative thing is the location of drop-off. When you turn on Hgwy 19 there are 3 U-haul locations just blocks apart and the traffic is awful on the Hgwy. It is very confusing but after 3 tries, we found the right one.......

I have rented trucks from this particular location multiple multiple times... Every time I have done business there everybody has been very accommodating, very polite and very considerate. It's a great branch and I always try to get my rental trucks there first before any place else..They really do have a great crew there, Management should be very happy with all their employees..

This location was great. I had a problem with the first location. I was supposed to pick up the truck at Sunshine food mart at 7 am and they were not open. I waited until 7:45 and still nothing. I called customer service and they were able to get the new location set up for me. It cost me about an hour and a half of time. I made a complaint and was told they were going to e-mail me a $40 gift card but I have not received it.
