The way that I receive invoices and updates is absolutely archaic. I need one invoice at the end of each rental that shows me all charges from the entire rental. The fact that I sometimes have 5 different receipts/invoices for a single rental is absolutely insane. I'm almost thinking of switching back to my previous rental agency for this reason.

JASON CFriendly helpful staff, trailer rental was fast and efficient Iwas in and out hooked up within 30 mins. Drop off was easy too. I saw the Uhaul attendant. Dropped there trailer where requested on my way to the office was advise my rental was complete and booked as returned. Office and grounds were clean Will rent again if there is a need

ROBERT HTrailer lights didn’t work. 4-way flat wire broken. The guy located a replacement quickly and I was in my way. Booked the trailer pickup 5 minutes from my house 4 days before I needed it , One day before my pickup the trailer pick up, I got changed to pick it up 40 kil away in Newmarket. So extra 50 minutes of driving.

ROBERT RAll is well as usual eith the equipment and this location. HOWEVER, the $20 fee for an after hours drop off if the App is not used is ridiculous. I tried last night but could not get the App to work. Neither could another customer who happened to be there at the same time. Surely staff have to verify the condition themselves anyway regardless of what the customer says; from a condition and safety perspective at least. So this is a pure cash grab. GEORGE SComputers were down and check out was done manually until computers came back on line. Took almost 1 hour to rent a trailer. When dropping off the trailer. No one came out (9930am). I dropped the trailer then attended office only to be told all good. At 230 pm my checking email arrived. And three employees all sat in the office. You have major employee issues

RICHARD JI booked online for a 2 day rental and the clerk changed it to a 1 day rental and they had no moving blankets so I had to go to Aurora to pick them up adding nearly an hour of delay to my busy moving days. Then I was charged extra for the drop off timing. And the sliding door was not working properly.

JASON SI reserved a 5x9 trailer early in the week to be picked up at the Bradford location for Saturday. I then received a call from Uhaul on Friday informing me that the trailer would not be available at the Bradford location which I reserved it for, and I would have to go to the Newmarket location to get it. This put me 30 minutes out of the way. I received a confirmation via text message that the trailer would be available at the Newmarket location. Saturday morning, I arrived at the Newmarket location at the time I had the trailer reserved for. There was one attendant working behind the counter with a long line of people waiting. When I finally got to the counter the attendant told me that there were no trailers available and there must be a mistake. I showed her the texted message, and she then asked me to call some number. This infuriated me as I did not make the mistake so why do I have to call some number. When I refused to do so and told her that she needs to call the number and fix the issue not me, she then made a call. After a long wait, with customers waiting behind me, she finally went outside to discover that there were in-fact two trailers in the lot. This lack of organization and professionalism set me back 1 hour in time wasted. I will never rent from UHaul again.

DAVID PI've rented a few times but one thing really bugs me. The hitch makes alot of noise almost like it's going to fall off. Traveling hours makes for a really uncomfortable ride.

JEFFREY WThe person working the counter when I returned my trailer was very unprofessional. I think he was hanging out with a friend. They were playing music very loudly and yelling comments back and forth to each other each time I entered the office. I dropped off the trailer, there was no one else around, I was told that I could just leave and that it would be checked in but it took almost 3 hours before it was finally checks in and I received my receipt. He didn’t seem like he was very interested in his job or serving customers. .

Luigi DLocations n was closed when I arrived, but everything has been processed and handled quickly, so I have no complaints.
JOHN BUnfortunately the day I was there, the computer system was down and attendant's were finding it frustrating but they did get us checked in and on our way fairly quickly using an alternative system. In terms of experience I would say the only issue was all of the clutter in the store which is why I cannot rate the experience higher. With respect to the rental it was smooth and flawless. Return of the truck was similarly quick and flawless and they emailed me a copy of the receipt later because system was still down. Although the store is a bit of a mess upon entering I would give strong recommendation for this rental location.

Younan YLeft turn signal was not operating and when I got back to drop off the vehicle your staff acted like they were aware of the issue. Which is totally disgusting and I was fortunate that the OPP officer who pulled me over for a non working signal on Hwy 7 was understanding
JOHN BThe vehicle was not cleaned at all, had a warning on for oil change, and while the tank should have been full, it was not. I had to fill 20 liters after driving 52 km. Customer service did not care when I complained about this upon return.

DOUGLAS JWas quite shocked to show up and discover I have to connect the trailer I rented where every time before, it was connected by a U-Haul rep to ensure it was properly done. I also had to drop it off on my own - and they now take after hours drops for trailers, which seems risky from a liability POV. Other than that, good location!
