The staff at Newmarket (Harry Walker Drive) U Haul outlet are absolutely exceptional with their customer service. I have hired a trailer perhaps a dozen times in the past year and the staff all greet me by name, source the trailer I require and advise me of options and timings available, are all diligent in connecting a trailer for me, and have been outstanding following an accident following the incorrect attachment made by another dealer. The staff I am grateful for are led by a manager you should know is amongst the best customer service individuals I have encountered in any business. Alka Joshi. Her great staff include Cody, Noel and Zayda. Noel helped me move my items into the storage facility which was unnecessarily kind of him.

I cannot do this survey. I have been a customer since 2018. I've asked many many times for some discount consideration esoecially since I am a pensioner. Never got any consideration. Just increased prices. I hope I can clear out my unit soon.
