Deron C. | Overall ExperienceWhen we first started to rent over 25 years ago the property was securely fenced and gated, that is no longer provided. The addition of keypad entry was cumbersome and never well communicated. Any improvements certainly never seemed to benefit longtime unit renters. I often found nails and screws on the driveways. Rental equipment often made navigation though the lot difficult. The gate was often impeded by equipment renters. Snow clearing was intermittently sufficient.
