The trailer had faulty wiring the brake lights and turn signals worked, the running lights did not, the pictures of the trailer are not the one I used, so I didn't respond to the email, the service and staff was excellent

Lawrence J.Share 24/7 is a confusing and broken experience. On two separate occasions on Saturday the 26th, I was under the impression I would be able to pick up a truck. This was not the case as the trucks were only available to pick up in person. I spent $35 getting to and from this location because a representative told me over the phone I would be able to pick up the truck that night. At the very least, I think I should be refunded my rental fee for the inconvenience and money I spent because I was given the wrong information.

DAVID P.I tried to reserve online and had a price quote of $235.however the truck was not available. I called the 800# and the truck was available so I reserved it and I was quoted the same $235. When I arrived to pick up the truck and pay with my credit card, the card reader said $361 not $235.I asked the person and he said that is what it was and I told him I was quoted $235. I then made another reservation on my phone and showed him that. He stated that he could not change it. I then called the 800# number and I spoke with Shelby who looked at my reservation and told me it was $235. I put her on speaker phone to explain this and the person then told me he found the problem. I was being charged for and extra 2 hours and that the person who made my reservation did it (which I do not believe). After I hung up with Shelby he sighed and asked me why I was giving him a hard time. I said I didn't give him a hard time until the rate was different. I felt that he was trying to get an extra day of rental out of me. We went out to the truck and he had an attitude. He hooked up the tow dolly and walked away. I asked him about the damage on the truck and he said follow the link on your text to document it. The truck also had a broken tail light.

MATTHEW M.Had to return to replace wiper blades as were wrong blades and scraping. Inside cab not wiped down clean. Gas in dispute as it said fill but ran out in 70 miles refueled $130.00. App would t let me close out uploading pictures, so was charged for not using app, charged for refuling charged for cleaning. Truck was swept out clean interior no trash. Wiped down interior. No reason to charge for any. Contacted Store and spoke with Ray store manager. He was rude, would not help me on any disputes including gas. I asked him if people have issues with app and he said all the time. I too have had various lengthy issues in the past.
