The Employee was rude the moment i walked in till i left never visit this place again he was the most rudest persen i have ever delt with. He should not be in coustomer service type of job. I also requested moving help. Person helping, I think her name was Kimberly charged me $305, asked for the address I was loading the van from, and told me they would text me when they were coming and when they got there. They never showed and I did the loading mostly by myself, not bad for a 66 year old. But I am out of a lot of money and I don't think it is right that you deal with such a shady organization. As I was waiting I read reviews, all of them negative, I wished I had read it first. Can you help me get my money back? The person that set me up and accepted my return did a great job and was very pleasant to work withJANUSZ P.
The service rep was clearly unhappy to be working. He was combative and confrontational. When I returned the trailer the chains were touching the ground. Despite me not lengthening the chains, he said I damaged the chains and they needed to be replaced. I initially commented that there was no sign of damage requiring chain replacement to which he accused me of calling him a liar. I noted it wasn't worth getting upset about and said â€˜whatever', however he continued. I noted that it wasn't worth ruining a Sunday morning over, but he continued to argue. I walked away to put some space between us while he checked my rental out. While this was going on, two customers walked up to him and he tersely told them to wait inside. While they walked away, he mumbled â€œDon't you f***ing walk up on me.â€ Great customer service. You got my $24.95 for the â€˜damaged' chain. That will be the last you will get from me. When I returned cargo van I was asked to sweep out the back cargo so I won't be charged extra fees so I did and this how all locations should be customer picks up Clean vehicles and return vehicles cleaned as well but I had a very bad experience at a different location last Sunday at Morton Grove on Waukegan Road picked up a cargo van very dirty dashboard inch of dust Flores very dirty I asked fir another vehicle Was told they don't Jane one and employee did not look concerned of how I am disturbed over how dirty Vehicle west I went home and spent a good 20 minutes to clean dashboard and door panels and chairs and swept floor cabin m cargo Area Never seen such dirt and in theses times it's very concerning all locations should be like this in Niles !!!SAM K.

The Manager William Rosario is very rude and disrespectful to his costumers. Although he was at the location upon me returning my equipment after closing (30 minutes later) he would do nothing to help. He was actually working on his own car in the shop with the associate that rented me the equipment. The late drop off app did not work so I was stuck for an hour trying to see what I can do so I don't get over charged. The manager wouldn't even answer anything I asked him. The van I rented was parked tightly between two other vehicles making it difficult to do a walk around to check for damages prior to departing the lot. I would expect the attendant to pull the vehicle up for me to make it easier to inspect.JAMES B.

I had a big problem with this Uhaul location I had requested 2 furniture Dollys they did not have them even though I spoke to Uhaul and reserved it. the truck seat was jammed forward and I had to drive hampered, I talked to the Mr Rosario he suggested to go to another haul 2.5 miles away to get Dollys in which I did when I returned the truck I asked if he could wave the 5 miles I used to go get the Dollys he said no and that I should have just went there and rented the truck k form them with the Dollys. I said I would have if I would have know the Dollys were not at the location as promised by Uhaul . I did not leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling about uhaul ! I told him I would be contacting management and he replied they will contact him and he will call me and still nothing would be done ....ARTHUR H.

The only difficulties are parking in this location. It's a small, shared lot and it's challenging to get in and then out with a trailer. The 2 gentlemen at this location, Willie and Damian, were wonderful!
