The people who hooked up my car to the auto transport did not do it right the strap came off the driver tire while I was driving to Texas the 24 hour assistance left me on hold for like 15 mins.BRIDGET G.
I am very disappointed. $100 was taken out of my account I have not received any additional billing. I had the gas tank exactly where it was when I picked it up. I did have 30 additional miles than I originally requested. @ $.75 per mile. This does not add up. I left it clean as I received it. There was no additional dings or dents because I never got close enough to anything to add to the additional dents it already had in it. So why did an additional $100 come out of my account!!JENNIFER T.
I attempted to return the truck using the mobile service but the website had a problem loading my location. I spent 45 minutes adjusting website settings on my browser to no avail. I had no other way of checking in the vehicle so I just left it. There needed to be an alternative solution accessible on the website. Not good customer service... not greeted when entering. I needed a hitch and UHaul person was no help at all. Overall she wasn't very interested in having a customer. She was playing a game on her phone and maybe the fact that it was the day after Christmas may have something to do with her lack of energy that day. I was also disappointed to hear that the price had gone up since we made the reservation... almost double from 300 to almost $600BART V.

You can offload your truck after 5pm because the staff will lock the main entrance and your card couldn’t have access to let you in, you have to walk through the side door which means you can take in heavy stuff like couch or anything that is wider than the side gate. This doesn’t make sense as it renders useless the access card. I don’t see the purpose of the access card if the main gate where truck can offload stuff will be shut at 5pm, it means you can’t offload after working hours.OLADIPUPO D. | First Impressions

The facility was very nice and upscale. The staff member who took the keys from me provided little information regarding checking the truck back in. Even when prompted by my questions. Additionally, was unable to verify that the return of the truck was considered completed prior to leaving the site.Justin S.

Customer service could provide more information on the process and not tell me to â€œjust use the appâ€. Actually clean the truck like they are supposed to. When there is damage to the truck take a look at it. Also the tire was down to the tread and they did not care to change it.HANNAH S.
Don't list a location as a rental location, only to have that location say they have no trucks and change the pickup location to 4-5 miles further away. Doing this and then charging the customer for both the additional gas and mileage makes no sense. It should at least be taken into consideration during the pickup process.Marc S.

Older woman was rude, insinuated I was lying about where I was moving to and was more interested in telling my boyfriend about her life and how her daughter messed up her phone than answer any questions I had. Vaguely pointed out where the truck was and hobbled off. Back of the truck smelled so bad that all my furniture and clothes still smell like rotten fish a day later and after being heavily sprayed with disinfectant. Didn't realize how bad it smelled until I was loading things into it. Unacceptable how terrible that truck was rented out to us and the fact that it has damaged my things and caused great discomfort now that my entire place smells like a mixture of trash and dead animals. I will never be using this location ever again, I don't care if they just opened up. That's an inexcusable experience.Isabelle K.
BUTâ€¦ location and service at site great. We were moved 3 times to pick up truckâ€¦ and had to travel further then initially confirmed. Also furniture dolly and hand truck were removed from our order as a result of so many moved. This made our move MUCH HARDER!!!!!!Michael B.
