Brandyn Gritton the general manager is so disrespectful that it’s not even funny. I arrived at the storage unit one night to put a couple things in storage and I found one of his employees stuck with a forklift in the flower bed. Bring the nice person that I am I went to assist. I helped her get the forklift unstuck but also helped her move the storage box that she had pushed into a truck damaging it. After helping her the employee wanted to give me a discount, mind you I didn’t ask for this. She told me to stop back in on my next visit to find out more. I stopped back in on my next visits the employee called Brandyn and he chuckled and said why would I give him a discount for him helping. Mind you I don’t care about not getting a discount, it’s the fact in how he responded that was disrespectful. Even after talking to his employee, she stated he is always rude like that! Why would you have someone who is rude and disrespectful to their own employees run a business!?!?? Don’t use this facility cause if there’s an issue you will be disrespected!

This is my sixth storage unit and this location is my favorite.. So clean and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Branden the general manager is a great guy. I highly recommend this location.
