After receiving a call and being accused of leaving animal feces in the back of the truck, I explained that the only thing that had been in the back of the truck was a pallet of wood pellets for a pellet stove. One of the bags had a small tear and some pellets did spill on the floor. I was told I would be charged to clean it. So I responded and et the employee know that the truck wasn't due back until the next morning so I would be by to take it to sweep out in the morning before it was due back. I ended up going back that night and swept it out. Before my renal time was up a received a notice that I was already charged $200. for cleaning. So I have contested the charge. Terrible experience. I have rented many trucks in the past at this location but this will be the last, Will not be back.GAIL B.

The employee was overwhelmed with all the customers. He did the best he could but it was obvious they were too busy to be checking the outgoing trucks as ours didn't have a full tank of gas as he said it did, the back had some glass strewn about and the two wheeler dolly in the back had had it's seal broken but not by us. All that said they were great about not charging us. The two guys we dealt with both were pleasant and appeared to be doing the best they could with not enough help. I've been a Customer with UHaul all my life, from storage to moving trucks to trailer hitch installations so they'd really have to screw up for me not to use them.REBECCA C.

The only problem I had was I was told by the person there when I picked up the truck that it was 99 cents a mile additional to the $29.95 rental charge. When I returned the truck the told me it was $1.09 additional per mile! The employees should all be on the same page with their facts when informing clients. I have had other issues when renting from UHAUL. Please everyone get it together!!DONNA R.

Allow customers to be there when truck is reviewed upon return. There was half a tank of gas in the truck when I dropped it off, and the receipt does not indicate proper fuel level.Ryan Y.

Have the dolly I rented and was charged for in the truck I rented. I still want a refund for that and the ten or so extra miles I had to use trying to borrow one at 8:30 PM. Drove 11 miles was charged for 7 gallons of gas which came to $36 when I asked why he told me I returned the truck from full ro 3/4 of a truck which isn't possible when going only 11 miles . We booked a 17' U-Haul and per the website were guaranteed our truck or else we'd be given $50. When we arrived it turned out they had given our reserved truck to another customer, and replaced our reservation with a 15' U-Haul. However, we received no $50 payment because there was another truck available - but not in the size we required. There was just one employee coordinating the entire location which is not sufficient to handle each customer's particular problems/needs. U-Haul should invest in its employees and staff up to meet the demand.JOSHUA M.
